Watch what you hand the cashier. They pulled the okie-doke on my wife today.my wife went and got us some food with a “gift card” today.brand new just got it from a family member for Christmas. Any way the young lady at the window. Asked my wife “did you just pay using a gift card?” My wife said yes.the girl then starts looking around for a card that magically disappeared and then starts patting her pockets and checking like she missed placed it. Then she all of a sudden “finds a gift card thats empty or not valid” hands it to my wife and its not even the same color card my wife gave her.so my wife had to pay on her debit card. And told the young lady this ain’t the gift card I gave you. Anyway she came home and was pissed. I told her go back up there tell them you want to speak to a manager to check the cameras.she goes back up there the girl on break eating.most likely on “my gift card” they tell my wife there isn’t a manager working right now. ???? That doesn’t make sense to me but I wasn’t there. Any way either add some training to your staff before you hire. Have a manager on site at all times.or increase you’re employees hourly pay so they dont do the old bait and switch on someone. Its kinda funny too she told my wife she was the 1st one today to pay with a gift card so that had to be her original card. Also I dont believe at 4pm 3 days after Christmas we was the only ones who paid with a gift card that whole day. Thats hilarious. Its all good. We just go to this one cause its closer to our home then the others. Also the one on telie dont never have what you want. But I guess times are that hard up for some people that $25.00 is worth your job now days.at 1st I thought it could have been a simple mistake but who starts checking their pockets when the customer says you gave me back the wrong card. Also im 99% sure we wasn’t the only person to use a gift card today 3 days after Christmas.and there is no manager on deck to check the cameras. That lil $25 you got my wife for. Cost you a ton more future business. Believe that.

This location is absolutely wonderful. I accidentally left my wallet at home and came back a little less than 10 mins later and they were honestly so sweet about it. I know from many years of working in the restaurant business that, that can be a pain sometimes. On top of the amazing service, my food was absolutely delicious. It wasn’t one of them small sandwiches either lol. I got the breakfast wrap which I’m sure isn’t the most fun to make lol. Thank you guys for making my day!

Best place ever! I placed the order over the phone, and when I arrived two minutes later, it was ready. The cashier was nice, but not everything was available. I tried to order four different types of iced coffee, but they weren’t available at this branch. Still, I’ll come back here in the future because it’s fast

Went through the drive-through and placed my order.. Got to the window and paid with a gift card.. The young girl then asked me a minute later if I handed her a gift card.? She was checking her pockets and looking everywhere.. And then swiped a different gift card and tells me that it is invalid! And tries to hand me back a gift card that isnt even mine?! .. After arguing with her for a couple minutes, I just paid with my debit card.. Went in to speak with the manager, but I was told no manager was working? So now I’m out of a brand new gift card that I just received for Christmas..

The only reason I go to this Tim Hortons is it’s the only one on my way to work. I gave this location multiple chances to try to fix it every time I get a medium caramel iced coffee 4 and 4 it tastes watered down. Any other Tim Hortons I go to it’s perfect I have to stop and get sugar and add it into it not what I want to do on my way to work I should be able to come there and get my stuff and I have to make an extra stop on my way to work.

The young girl at the drive through window was very rude! I was redeeming my points for a free iced coffee, which states on the app regular or flavored for 750 points, I frequent tim hortons daily, and get a free coffee several times a month. I have never at any hortons been charged for mocha. When asked her why was i being charged she got an attitude . If you want to be over charged and yelled at, this is the hortons to go to!

I don’t know if they ran out of cups or what but two large iced Capps were in different cups than other tim Hortons, and were like… less than half filled. My iced Capps from other tim Hortons have a rounded dome top.
After she handed them to me, I even asked the girl if they were indeed large. She said yes.
After leaving the drive thru I started to drink mine and realized no way in hell this was a large iced capp in a too large pop container. A medium or less for sure.
I was in a rush and didn’t want to go back and deal with the zombie workers. This was my first and last time going to this Timmy’s.
