Every-time I receive my order it’s always the same…. I went today and a not so busy time in the drive thru, picked up my mobile order and received a very sloppy sandwich…. They do not ever take the time to send out good/well put together food…. I purchased the daily double value meal and received a sandwich with way to much mayo when I asked for light mayo and they did not include the tomato’s so I paid $6 for a very messy double hamburger…. See picture below…. Do better!!!

Pulled up to the drive through and asked how long the wait would be seeing as there’s multiple cars waiting at the drive through already. The lady told us 6-10 minutes. Ok cool. Here we are still in the drive through waiting for 20 minutes so far and we aren’t even to the pay now window ♀️. This is Rochester, aren’t you guys use to the busy service ? Get it together!!!!

Pulled up.
“Wait please”
The other line has cars pulling up, ordering, pulling ahead.
Finally, they take my order.
Cut me off 4x.
I then see my order vanish from the screen, get replaced by the order in the image, and the employee eventually says, “pull on up.”
I try to confirm my order 1st but no one answers.
At the window, I have to restate my order again.
The food was somehow still cold and not very good.
An absolute train wreck of a McDonald’s.
And that’s saying something.

Last night the girl at the window was short patience. Handed us 1 order said bye and closed the window. Instead of we were the only ones there and she should have come back to the window. Enclosed is pictures of how my daughter sandwich turned out. Terrible and unfriendly location. Manager needs to to better training ! Cant even post a picture the top bun on big Mac were plain, empty. Patties were on the bottom like someone punched the meat apart. To bad I can’t show a picture. Beware of this location across from elmridge, terrible!

Ordered through mobile. Both BigMacs were made wrong and looks awful. When I called to ask for a replacement after getting home, I was told “All I can do for you is mail you a meal card.” We just wanted to eat dinner and now we’re out $20 and no food. They refused to replace the food or provide me with a refund. Never going back.

I sometimes come here just to eat breakfast and read a book. Food is more consistent than other McDonalds locations. Not perfect, but good. Food was fast and employees were nice. Gotta get those good deals on the app.

Woe I am, for this is the McDonalds closest to my house. Three times this month I have had issues with their app and the coupons, where the app takes my money and the store denies me food. Very aggravating. I don’t plan on coming back for some time.
