Valentines dinner was a success because my husband surprised me bringing me to this restaurant. It’s our first time & wow we were so pleased with everything, the hospitality, service & food was exquisite! Definitely recommend & we plan to come back again. Unfortunately our entrees were cold, not warm, but cold…and the place was basically empty – in other words it was super slow. The one or two bites we had of our entrees were very good, but again it was cold. And although they offered to remake the plates, we didn’t want to wait another 30-45mins for new servings. Notwithstanding, the service, ambiance, and appetizers (pictured) were great! It would have been nice if they would have comped us an appetizer or a drink, but oh well…hopefully they’ll read this and use it as a learning opportunity for future mishaps.

Had such a great date night here. Our server Megan was so wonderful she answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable. Service was a 5/5
The ambiance was perfect for a date and its location in the very middle of downtown made for the perfect spot. It is within walking distance to the market square if you want to take cute pics to end the night.
What we ordered was also really good. Super flavorful and comforting for mexican food lovers. Really enjoyed their chef specials and recommend asking more about the items off the menu if u had any questions. I only rate the food 4/5 stars because of the lack of vegetarian options/ substitutions. My boyfriend made it work by removing the chicken from the pasta dish but it would be nice to have one dedicated entree that was vegetarian and I am sure it would be delicious if my NY strip tacos were any indication of the skills in the kitchen.
Would love to come back here 5/5 overall!!

The food here has definitely changed! The one dish that stood out is the pan de elote. Last year it was perfect but this year they changed how they made it and it’s not the same. One of the only reasons we came here.

Has the Best prime rib and the dessert was Great! Couldn’t get a picture of the prime rib because that steak never stood a chance . Waitstaff was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to recommend. Definite recommend.

We were honestly saved by Carlos—he was amazing. We had a table of 10 people and were waiting on one guest who took quite a while to arrive. Throughout the wait, Carlos was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely kind. He even brought us an appetizer while we waited, which made the experience much more enjoyable. His positive attitude and great service truly made the difference. Excellent service overall!

I love eating at Terras. It’s one of my favorite places to go downtown that creates such great atmosphere for dining out. It’s fancy but it also has such a nice feel to their design that makes being there so comfortable. I love the way my family and I are treated at Terras as well. We’ve never had a bad experience here as compared to other restaurants. Our server today, Karina was excellent. She was kind, attentive and never left our table unattended for too long! I highly recommend Terras if you’re looking for a nice, fancy place to eat at you can get your money’s worth here!

Delicious food held back by awful service.
I was here for two hours and only had one cup of water because my server wasn’t there to refill. Not only is the menu inaccurate, but a 25 minute gap of not seeing my server isn’t acceptable with a surprise 18% service charge. She also couldn’t be bothered to give us all our checks back and instead threw the pile on the table.
I’m not sure if it’s lack of training or just disorganization of the front of house. All I can say is I’ll celebrate my birthday somewhere else next year.

Some food options seemed to focus on the accompanying sauce or relish. The main course lacked seasoning (steak, salmon). Cornbread dessert was amazing. Roasted carrots appetizer was a welcomed treat.
