Really fantastic and authentic Burmese in the Lotte Market served by very friendly staff! We got the noodle salad with chicken, tea leaf salad, and Shan noodles. Everything was so delicious and the portion sizes were large, not to mention they also came with this delicious soup on the side. I really appreciate how authentically made everything is. 10/10 would recommend and come back!

Located in the back of Lotte food market. Food tastes homemade with a decent amount of flavor. Service was great, really nice women with complimentary tea which was surprising given the setting.

Over the three dishes we ordered, most of it was soup and carbs, which may just be the style of cooking. Nice sides to go with it. However, my family all had GI symptoms the next day for 24 hours. May be a bad coincidence, but I won’t run the risk of rolling the dice returning.

I am very happy that the restaurant doesn’t tailor to non-Burmese taste, but as authentic as it can be. All the food I ordered was on point and the portions are pretty big. Food I ordered that are not in the photo are Burmese donuts and yogurt. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience at this hidden gem, tucked away in the corner of a market. The woman in the counter, who might be the owner, was delightful and hospitable. I agree with a fellow reviewer below, who stated that the curry noodle is ‘glorious,’ I would add that it is flavorful and hearty!
For a cozy and authentic experience, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I couldn’t resist walking past this place. I was greeted with a warm smile from the owner and I had to order some of their popular dishes. I got the fried fish, Thai beef soup, which comes with vermicelli noodles, and Burmese tea leaf salad. As I waited for my to-go order, I was given complimentary hot tea, which helped because this place is located right by the refrigerated section of Lotte. They have a space heater too. The goat curry is also popular but wasn’t ready while I was there. So I’ll be sure to return one afternoon to try it. I have a good feeling this place is going to thrive.

The food was delicious. We ordered pad thai and tom yum soup they were outstanding. This place is a must for thai food lovers.
I am a south indian.spicy food is a must for us.Tom yum soup gives you the right amount of spiciness and comfort.

Pad thai was perfect for our kids taste buds and we loved it.Lots of veggies and meat with extra chilli oil and pickled salad is quite a treat!
The quantity of the food is good too.The service was heartwarming.

I saw this place the last time I was in Lotte and decided to give it a try today. Having never had Burmese food before (but always wanting to try) the owner suggested to me the mote hin gar and samusa. Both were delicious!!! The mote hin gar had a rich broth that I added some chili powder to and it was like a warm hug especially in the freezing food court. The fried samusas had a delicate outer shell and potato mixture inside and you dip it in a yummy tamarind sauce. I had to take most of the samusas home as both portions were substantial. The owner was so nice and gave me some hot tea with my order. I’m looking forward to trying some of the other items on their menu next time.

This place is a hidden gem. They serve delicious, unique food at a great price. In the picture is a goat curry with the accompanying coconut curry soup, green tea, spicy pickled veggies, and a yogurt drink. This was a solid meal for two. Bonus, this place is open early so you can get breakfast there! Two tips: the actual restaurant is in the Lotte supermarket (ignore the maps location) and bring a jacket if you are dining in (it is by the refrigerated section of the grocery). Enjoy!

Absolutely loved this spot inside Lotte Market. The Pad Thai was amazing — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The people working there were super friendly, welcoming, and made the experience even better. And the best part: everything is halal

This place is a gem. Highly recommend!
