The place was clean and had lots of tasty food and ice-cream options on the menu. I ordered the tacos, and the ingredients were fresh and freshly prepared. However, the service was a little slow. Overall, I would recommend this location.

The blizzards are made very poorly. Just got a Reese’s blizzard with hardly any Reese’s and a heath blizzard with hardly any heath. It’s happened just about every time we go there. A small blizzard costs $5.09 and that’s ridiculous to pay and it just be ice cream.

My husband and I are weekly customers at this location. The manager Erika is remarkable. She’s kind, professional, and trains her team to be the same way. It doesn’t matter if it’s the drive thru or if you’re at the front counter, Erika makes our experience easy and pleasurable. Thank you Erika for always being a bright star! First, I ordered a steak finger basket and they are out of steak fingers. So I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and specifically said at least twice that I DO NOT want mustard on my burger. So when I got my food, first, the fries were old and not hot. So I tapped on the drive through window before pulling forward. When I got the woman’s attention and started to tel her about the fries, she cut me off, yelled in the kitchen, “I need some HOT fries!!!” No apologies to me at all. After a while, someone different opened the window and gave me my fries. Again, no apologies. So I pulled around to eat my food, and voila, I see that my burger has mustard on it. Thankfully I had asked for some mayo packets so I was able to cover the mustard with mayo.

Customer service is very bad. The guy at the drive thru window don’t have a care in the world. Not helpful at all. My food was cold as the ice cream. Only thing good was the ice cream that my husband got.

Took forever to receive items. Then had to request the whipped cream and cocoa fudge that comes standard on product unless requested not too.also no misty slush base. Was made from solid ice cream and couldn’t taste any coffee. Ordered 2 midnight mochas and received a very thick shake of what it tastes and looks like. Will be contacting either manager or owner.

Today’s service was poor at best. Woman who served us was obviously not happy being there. When husband presented a coupon we were given on our last visit, it was refused. Cashier said only valid on hamburgers, even though coupon said valid on any purchases over $15. Either she was lazy and didn’t want to bother, or she has no idea how to apply discount. Coupon was for $3.00 off $15., which we certainly spent buying chicken fingers baskets.
Brought our food out on tray but removed tray like we might steal it. Then, while we were working on finishing eating she brought out our ice creams before we requested. As we had no tray to carry the trash on, we had to juggle it all to the can.
In the approximate half hour we were in to eat, most customers’ food was delivered without a tray.
