Food is great, especially the orange chicken it’s one of my favorite dishes. The staff is always very nice and accommodating to questions. On the other hand, you may have to wait for certain dishes, either because of their popularity or if you order the teriyaki chicken. i would recommend this place if you’re looking for something fast affordable and delicious. PLZ BRING BACK THE HOT ORANGE CHICKEN

This is the best Panda Express I’ve visited.
Portions were considerably better than their West Valley locations… as those other locations always try to serve me as less as possible.
Servers treated me nicely and respectful.
Ambience is very good. Clean and nice inside and outside. I think that they open an outdoor ticket area during warmer days.
This branch is conveniently located on a main road and close to freeways.
Also, located at the crossroads plaza with ample parking.
I wish this was located closer to my house!

The older lady who works the line in the front is usually really great the younger girl who was working today, not only only filled my box half full, but has an attitude from hell. And someone should talk to her about her customer service because it sucks. You should keep the older lady upfront because the Younger girl is gonna make you lose customers with a stank look on her face and her attitude

This place needs new management, or a competent manager to help lead their unprofessional staff. I live down the street, but avoid this location due to the lackluster staff. I made the mistake of stopping in tonight, and the associate (I believe her name was Becky) was yelling at a guest who was waiting patiently for the order that they messed up on! It made everybody in the restaurant uncomfortable, including the gentleman that was kindly ringing me up. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, a lady walked in claiming that she didn’t get all of her order.

Service was great and restaurant looked pretty clean when I went. I had ordered a couple of plates and the food wasn’t too bad. The only thing I’ll add was that the noodles were dry and bland, the rice wasn’t very flavorful either, and there were only a few small pieces of beef in the broccoli and beef dish.

TL;DL: The chicken they served was not cooked. (Still waiting to see if I get food poisoning.) It took them 32 minutes to take my order with no one ahead of us. Paid extra for he black pepper Angus beef. For 4 very small pieces. (Pics included)
Last night we went to panda express. There was one person waiting for their order and us.
My nephew sat there waiting for 19 minutes until they took his order and it took them 32 minutes before they took mine. They kept filling online orders while ignoring us as we were standing at the counter waiting to order.
When they did finally take my order I asked if they were going to make anymore of the black Angus pepper beef..cause there was only a couple small pieces left. The guy said he would tell them too and it would take 7 minutes. I also ordered orange chicken.
Less then 2 minutes later they said that my order was ready. Strange that wasn’t anywhere near 7 minutes. As I opened it up and they gave me couple small pieces that were left without making more any more. Keep in mind I paid $1.25 extra for that. Which is just ridiculous. (Pics included.)
I took a bite of the orange chicken and looked and it was pink inside. Which is a serious health code violation. I had eaten most of it at that point. But the 3 pieces I had left all were pink inside. I went up and showed the lady who took my name and offered me a free meal. I said I’m not worried about that. I’m worried about getting sick. As well as everyone else you’ve served this chicken to today. She said okay. And didn’t do anything. Didn’t even take the test of the chicken of the line out front. (Pics of my pink chicken also included.)
I reported it to the health department cause that’s just not acceptable.

Stopped in and sat down to eat. Food was great. ANGELE’s customer service was FANTASTIC. She was quick and friendly. I even noticed her wiping the tables and cleaning the floors in her down time. A great example to her coworkers.

This place is very lovely. It has pretty good food. I really like the orange chicken here. The atmosphere was nice and it was not too busy. Writing this review in the booth here, I can say the booth is not that comfortable, but better than a lot. Really good experience overall, will be back for more.

Because they have shitty computer system, I placed a online order got the confirmation, went to pick it up, and the female manager said my card was declined which was shit, it went through and I was given a confirmation. If you have had a card decline you know it would not give you a confirmation number. Shitty shitty
