This cici’s pizzeria is absolutely amazing! The ladies who work here are the sweetest — always so attentive, welcoming, and kind. They truly make you feel like family every time you walk in. I love that they always ask if we’d like a special pizza made just how we want it — such a nice personal touch! Everything is always spotless and the service is just as great as the food. Has a game room for the kids . Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and even better people!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a Cici’s EVER. If I could leave more than five stars, I would. We came in an hour before close and the employees were unbelievably helpful and friendly. They continously offered to make us fresh pizza and made us feel right at home despite the late hour. This Cici’s is an hour from my house and I’ll still be driving back regularly just for the atmosphere and friendliness ❤️❤️

So the food was delicious as usual but maybe two plates in my fiance spotted a lot of roaches and i didn’t see till I went up to the pizza bar to see. There was atleast 8 of them I saw right up where the pizzas are. That’s my only complaint but everything else would get 5 stars besides the cleanliness 🙁

Would’ve been ranked higher, but I spotted a roach crawling by the dessert bar. Massive points off for that.
Salad was pretty good, guy was refilling the sauces as I went by. Pizza itself was pretty good with multiple varieties of pizzas.

I placed an online order for cinnamon rolls and I’m almost certain they gave me the leftovers from the bar instead of a fresh order. These are hard and I could tell they have been sitting for a while. They are all individually placed in the box. This was not my first time ordering online however it’s the first time I’ve received this type of service. I have always bragged about their cinnamon rolls but not anymore.
Update: contacted the restaurant and they made fresh cinnamon rolls. There is a complete difference in the photos. The first set nearly chipped a tooth whereas the fresh batch melted in my mouth. I had to make an hour trip but at least they got it right the 2nd time.

This is my familys go to for dinner atleast once a week . The type of customer service Carmela and her team deliver is amazing and always consistent. Carmela is the first person we usual see when entering the establishment and we always feel wanted and appreciated. She definantly deserves recognition. I dont really review company’s but after my exsperience here today I wanted to give this young woman and the business a big thumbs up and say thank you for making our family dinner an enjoyable experience .

The manager was nice.However the first plate I picked up was dirty, the flat Ware had some type of residue on it. The dining room apparently we’re not cleaned from the night before. The restrooms we’re out of sorts. Unfortunately this restaurant like some others seem to be just a source of income and is not care for very much at all. I guess the mentality is people will eat. The problem with this philosophy is at 6-8 dollars, there is a lot of competition.
