Great energy, great staff. The show I saw produced by Harlem Nyte was fantastic. The bathrooms were confusing for all people.

Imagine you’re sitting there. Not a single fernet coin to your name. A guy named Cole is running the billiards table. He brought a book he doesn’t intend to read. Just to be provocative “what’re you reading?” They ask. “It’s a book on winning” he replies. Suddenly a sound of a metal coin soaring through the sky catches all eyes and ears. Out of pisser walks the traveler. Fernet coin in hand he winks at the bartender for a handshake. Sub Malort for fernets, because he is has a coin. Heads up big shot. It’s time to get fernasty.

Imagine the joy the great Achilles felt when in the midst of battle ripe with glory. Don’t let your soul slowly drip away as you live your daily slog. Go to Cole’s and pick up that pool cue the way Achilles would his spear. Flood your body with the vicious ecstasy birthed in a game played on their table.

Or just enjoy a drink and have a great time with friends! Every day is a good day if you just say, they’re all wrong, I am good to drive.

It’s a popular place among all walks seasoned or novice. I’ve been here a handful of times over the last several years and the staff could win an award for being the most apathetic bunch.
It is one of the last remaining true dives in LS.

I love dives and Cole’s has been added to the list. A diverse range of people and styles were here on a Friday night. I didn’t pay to see the live music in the back but it sounded great from the bar. They have a photobooth that does “darkroom” pictures, a pool table, local art adorning the walls, cute wooden bench booths, and good vibes all around.

Coles bar is a really cool place even on a Sunday evening! Had so much fun I left my wallet there and the Coles Bar staff kept it safe and made sure it was returned to me ASAP. THANK YOU

Dive bar with reasonable drink prices. The space is pretty narrow. If there is a line for a show happening in the back, comes into the bar space and there is limited capacity

Great dive bar bar with small concert venue. 4 dollar tall boys of old style… can’t beat that. All around nice people that work there and good vibes

Bought tickets online for a 9pm show that didn’t go on until after 11:15pm, when we gave up and left. Owner was kind enough to refund our tickets after I complained. It’s a loud divey bar, but could be fun, if you’re into that. Cheap drinks and short walk to the train.
