She is incredible always makes us feel so welcome..k ows our orders before we can even ask, raw bar is always stocked with fresh quality meats and veggies! I’ve been to several hot pot & bbq spots and I must say this one in Fort Myers is a 10/10. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!
First off, they are flexible in terms of not everyone at the table has to get the same choice. If one person only wants hot pot, while everyone else wants both, that’s fine. Pricing is decent and competitive. Worth the price tag.
We are typically hot pot people but I must say with this restaurant, I think I favored the KBBQ more. There were plenty of bbq options including butter shrimp, bulgogi, pork belly and short ribs. I loved it all! You can also ask the server for white rice and they will bring it to your table. The hot pot options were great as well. I enjoyed the rolled fatty beef, the crabs, and the many options that were going around on the conveyer belt. They had a variety of broth options. My partner loved the spicy option. We will definitely be back!

I come here 2-4 times a month and I’m never disappointed. Servers are amazing and the food is great. You can create your own sauce for the bbq or hot pot. The meal overall is a fairly good price. I recommend coming here with a big appetite.

Great experience! The moving options is a cute touch that my kids loved to be able to see & make selections. I will say, the fresh ingredients bar could be a bit clearer of what is/isn’t included. The seats are not fixed and slide on the tile floor. Everything was delicious and in comparison to other hot pot establishments… I prefer that my 8 year old wasn’t charged the adult price just because he’s 5’! He is truly still a kid. Kid price is $13.99 for under 8.

Its genuinely a nice addition to the absolute lack of good restaurants in Fort Myers, but cooking your own food sounded great but takes way longer than expected to cook. The hotpot was great but of course food takes forever to cook. Grill wasnt big enough either which really ruined the experience. Great concept but actual execution was just a bit short.

I was very disappointed during I visit this BUFFET restaurant. Meat ball and sliced meat didn’t taste like fresh. It’s like stay here long time ago. Others all good and fresh.Now I need to talk about the waitress. If I can choose negative number I will!! She was very very very nasty and rude! If you don’t want to work that’s fine. You can choose to stay home ok.

I loved the entire experience. It was our first trip to Florida and our first try at a hot pot restaurant. Our waitress, Mavis, went out of her way to show us the set-up and explain where everything was located. Great value and a huge selection of options. We will definitely be going back..

I did not take pictures or take the name of our amazing server! Which is a boomer, we were busy eating and enjoying it. Our server was so attentive that when we were all busy she was attentive enough that she caught the drink of our 3yo before he can spill it avoiding a major mess!

Me and my wife went in for a late lunch. The hot pot tom yum was perfectly balanced with flavor.
Our server, MAVIS was the best very kind.
Seafood had a great selection and the meat as well. Plenty of sauces to try and conditments

This is our second time coming here, but we just need to share how amazing our server Mavis was. We went for one our boy’s bday, and she made the night amazing. She was soooo attentive, caring, sweet. Something as simple as not having to tell her to refill our water, which seems to be hard nowadays. She surprised us with singing happy birthday to our son so we can finish the night. If you come here and you’re lucky to get her, you are blessed.
