I went in here for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. This McDonald’s was clean. Service was quick and the food was meh, McDonald’s.
One suggestion, they should wear gloves. If you’re out front taking cash or cards and go the back to assist, I think one should wear gloves, even if you’re only touching the other containers of the food.
Overall, it was okay.

We were pleasantly surprised with this McDonald’s. Customer service is disappearing in many places, but this McDonald’s brought me back to better times. I ordered on the kiosk, and my food was fresh and promptly brought to our table by a friendly employee. My kids LOVED the play area. There aren’t many indoor play areas left. This one is well done and entertaining enough for a 6 and 9 year old. I liked that they have a separate bathroom by the play area. It’s very convenient for parents not to have to haul their kids across the restaurant to the other bathrooms. Someone planned this all out really well. This was our first time visiting this McDonald’s, and we will definitely be back again.

Bad for large strawberry shake. Received a medium smoothie instead that tasted horrible. They couldn’t get the shake machine to work at all and took them 10 minutes to get the smoothie machine working and it still tasted horrible and was a smaller size. Terrible customer service will not be back.

This McDonald’s was newly revamped. Not bad, really nice now. It’s really clean inside and the kids play place is much better than it was before.
When they revamped this place there is not enough seating inside. So if you take your kids to the play place there are barely enough seats with all the other families in there in the play place.
What I can say how to play place is. It clean, and smells really clean. If you look in the my pictures you can see a McDonald’s employee cleaning and disinfecting inside the play place.

Food is standard. Had the featured McRib sandwich and loved it. And kid was of course happy with the happy meal and the Disney 100-year figures. The play area is a blast. Every kid in there was happily crawling up and down and having fun. service was efficient and the restaurant is clean. Just need to be careful and put signs on the floor when it’s being mopped. I saw a kid almost fell coz the floor was slippery.

Ordered a Big Mac and asked to make sure that has adequate sauce since last time was super dry, I was told by the MOD that it was fine. Well, I will not return during her shift because I had to trash what was so dry and not edible. I wish I could post the picture.

i just got home and was ready to eat, i see something dark on the bottom of the fries, and i thought it was a burnt fry, once i got a better look of it.. i noticed that it had legs and that it was dead bug in my fries. imma need my money back or i’m gonna sue.

Fantastic visit to McDonald’s! The food was fresh and very hot. Alicia’s exceptional service made it truly enjoyable; her warm smile, quick efficiency, and genuine care made it an amazing experience. She’s a superstar! I’ll definitely return.
