Absolutely incredible day at Yellow Beach on Pinel Island! We got to pick our lobster straight from the ocean — it doesn’t get fresher than that. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the drinks were just as amazing. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. To top it all off, they surprised us with some complimentary homemade rum, which was the perfect finishing touch.
If you’re visiting St. Martin, this spot is an absolute must-visit. Stunning views, amazing food, and unbeatable island vibes.

Second visit very nice met right away and the reserved seats were ready, nice selection of food and drinks very relaxing day at the beach. I had a Grouper filet with rice , the ribs were also amazing. I highly recommend a visit for the day

A Must-Visit Paradise on the French Side!
My god—what a fantastic place! Getting there is part of the fun: you hop on a short boat ride over to this little island paradise. Once there, you’re greeted with two gorgeous beaches to lounge on, plus a private beach just a 5-minute walk away. There’s even a trail that leads up to a scenic cliffside overlook with breathtaking ocean views.
We stayed where the food and service were top-notch. The beach is attended by a hardworking team of young men—my girlfriend joked that they were all very good looking, but I was more impressed by how professional, friendly, and attentive they were. They really took care of us all day.
One of the highlights? You can choose your own lobster straight from the traps on the dock. Just tell the server how you want it cooked, and 15 minutes later, you’re enjoying fresh lobster and champagne right on the beach. Unreal.
The food overall was excellent—French-influenced and super fresh. We tried chicken spring rolls, pork ribs, pizza, lobster, escargot, fruit platters—you name it. Everything was delicious.
This isn’t a rowdy party scene; it’s a peaceful, respectful environment perfect for families and couples alike. The beaches are beautiful and safe for swimming, and there’s plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded.

We had a wonderful day at Yellow Beach. We kayaked from the dock and then rented chairs and had lunch. I picked my lobster, and it was amazing and highly recommended. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. The entire area is amazing, and I wouldn’t miss climbing to the high point of the island for a spectacular view of the ocean – a great way to prepare for a pound of lobster.

I’m not entirely sure what the draw is to Pinel Island (it’s pretty but overcrowded, the water wasn’t clear on the day we visited). Yellow Beach provided excellent service (thank you, Theo) and food/drink.

Yellow Beach on Pinel Island is paradise! The frozen mango margarita was ice-cold perfection, and the view? Unreal. Soft sand, clear water, comfy loungers, and great vibes all around. Friendly staff, fast service, and total island bliss. Don’t miss this spot if you’re in Saint Martin! The boat ride there is well worth it.

We went twice this December and enjoyed each day as one of our favorites on a 9 day trip to St Martin. Food is amazing. Beach and water are post card perfect. Do yourself a favor and take the short ferry ride for a day you will never forget.
