I grew up in New Jersey, and eating here honestly feels like taking a trip back home . The flavors and the way they prepare the sandwiches are so spot on, it’s almost scary how close it is to what I remember! I always order my sandwiches cut like a hot sandwich, without being sliced in half, and they get it right every single time ✨.
The service is fantastic and they always accommodate my specific requests with no problem . It’s that kind of consistency and attention to detail that keeps me coming back. Whenever I’m in Muncie, Indiana and want a quick bite, this is the only place I even consider. Absolutely love it! ❤️

Antonio at the Muncie Jersey Mikes is an amazing employee!!! One of the best grill masters Ive seen! Very fast , efficient on the grill and the subs he makes come out perfect for very time! He is extremely friendly and makes everyone who comes into the Muncie Jersey Mikes feel right at home!

Holy cow! Yum…. first time visitor. Greeted wonderfully and i didnt know what to order. Staff AND customers share their recommendatiins…. yes ! Got the Big Kahuna Steak, a-fricking-mazing! Hot pepper relish hit the mark, then cook from the adjacent Texas RH comea in to have his lunch at Mikes…. thats sayin something, cant wait to come back…. we will try a cold sub…. did i mention this bread? Ya I’m that girl. I’m the one that comes in 15 minutes before close but it was before they closed. My family spent over $60 and made our order. We received it and paid for it at 854 (that’s how long it took to make our order because they had already cleaned and put everything away. I get it. Get stuff done so you can leave early. I have no problem with people cleaning around me but that was not the case. At 902 an employee came out and told us we had to leave because they were closed. That would have been nice to know before we sat down and started eating our meal which included hot sandwiches. He stated that his manager told him he had to tell us to leave. When I asked for manager information, it was declined and he called her (Allison) who stated it was their policy at their store that we had to leave. Again would have been nice to know before we sat down to enjoy our meal. I asked for district manager information and she declined and said she didn’t have it. I asked for franchisee information and she gave me only his first name – carter. So carter if you’re reading this I will NOT be coming back. When I told your manager Allison this she said “good take your business elsewhere”. So that’s what I will be doing.

Was excited to see Jersey Mike’s coming back to Muncie, so I ordered my favorite #13 as soon as I was able. Ordered online and it was ready to go when I got there – so huge plus. Sandwich tasted as good as I remembered but please….take it easy on the vinegar and oil next time. Had a huge puddle on the paper when I was done and bread was getting soggy.

My favorite sub shop in town. The staff is always amazing and super friendly. Food cooked fresh right in front of you. I’ve tried about 10 different options and they’ve all been delicious! Highly recommend!

Grew up in New Jersey. Eating here is like traveling back. Love it. Get all my sandwiches cut like a hot sandwich, and no cut-in-two. Scary how close they are that way. Great service, always accomodate my request. The only place i want to go grab a quick bite in Muncie.
