Best ribs in Wichita hands down!!! A lot of times when you get ribs or chewy, his sign does not lie you do not need to use your teeth. The meat falls off the bone in my teeth are not tired at all. I’m barely chewing. The sauce is sweet with a great spice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody who enjoys good barbecue, and the price is amazing and the guys who work here were awesome

The taste was good but the portion size was the worst Ive seen from a BBQ spot and I used to live in KC. The “chopped brisket” you see the corner is more like ground brisket… i didn’t take a picture of the sides but they were in small sauce sized containers… take a look at this picture… oh and this was $21 after tax. I was still hungry after…. The red flag was when i asked if the brisket was “lean” or “moist” and they didn’t know what i was asking… look I’m all for supporting small business but only if it’s a good product. You can’t just price your plates to match other BBQ restaurants without matching the portion size.

I ordered the rib tips and okra. The price was good for the amount of food. I could not eat it all. The taste was great, only negative was it’s a little saltier than I like and it was a little greasier than I’m used to eating. It tasted more like a home cooked meal. The young man that rang up my order was very nice and polite. I will definitely be back the next time I’m craving barbecue.

I have eaten here multiple times and each time, the staff are extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. Their warm hospitality truly is unmatched!
The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the brisket. It was incredibly yummy, with a perfect balance of smokiness and tenderness that melted in my mouth. Their saying is “You can eat our beef without teeth” and I believe it!
Additionally, the fried okra was a delightful surprise. It was a great compliment to the brisket.
Overall, this restaurant offers a wonderful combination of delicious food and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and great customer experience.

ATTENTION CARNIVORES!! Smoked treasures await. BBQ Express nails it. Hits every key metric; service, quantity, quality, flavors, value and cleanliness. Had the beef rib tips, turkey, hot links, mac & cheese, potato salad, fried okra and green beans. All very tasty, but the rib tips delivered the real wow factor. Meaty, smoky, and super flavorful. Such a generous serving, I had to get a go-box. Favorite side was potato salad, with the correct flavor and texture. End of the day, everything was terrific. I want to try everything on the menu. Dine in or take out. Can’t miss – absolutely recommended.

This is the best bbq in wichita hands down. We got the famous 3 meat sandwich, beans, mac n cheese, fries, and Green beans. I cant wait to try everything else. We got the food to go but the people were very very kind and I cant wait to go back and eat in the restaurant with all my friends and family. I literally called my family after eating to tell them about this place.

Pretty decent meal and we went home full. We were greeted as soon as we came in and they even thanked us for coming in as it’s still pretty new to the community. Staff was extremely cool with us and when I asked for a hamburger bun the what I presume is the owner or manager took the time to toast said bun and bring it out himself. I got the two meat dinner with pork and brisket, double fries as a side of course. My wife got a two meat dinner with pork and hot links’s her sides were fries and potato salad and she said it was pretty good. Hot links are definitely hot! They have different sauce options but all are bbq or ketchup so if you want some ranch gotta bring it lol. Fries were crispy and well cooked, the sauce is a bit runny but I don’t mind it. The meat was a little greasy once I got down to the bottom but I’m presuming it’s just cause of how it was cut. More of a fine chop if that makes sense. All in all we’ll be back

This was definitely the best BBQ I’ve ever had! The pulled pork sandwich was delicious especially topped with the mild sauce, and the ribs fell apart in your mouth.

Twice I’ve been and twice I’ve had my expectations met. The food is delightful. The establishment has an authentic feel to it. And taking into consideration their professional response to negative reviews, they’re always eager to respond and communicate with their customers. I’d definitely recommend!
