I hate this location The worst the first time I went here I ordered the pepperoni cheese puffs. The lady made them fresh for me and they were so doughy. I’m talking about complete dough inside but cooked on the top. I said OK I’m not going back to this location. I decided to go back and was disappointed again when I walked in I wasn’t greeted when the person did come to the front I said hello this man looked me dead in my eye and said absolutely nothing!!! So I just started ordering. My pepperoni cheese puffs were not puffing and were hard as if they have been out for awhile And my breadsticks have nothing on them barely just bread. They don’t seem to care at this location. Two bad experiences is enough for me.

First time ordering from here, received the wrong item. I tried calling to correct the order but no one ever answered. Poor attention to detail is why I’m rating so low. Pizza was just okay, looks like the veggies were an after thought and thrown on after the pizza cooked.

I knew it would be busy coming in but JUDITH!!! Wow is she amazing! She was hustling, bustling, and just out right ROCKING it with a smile on her face and manners that are almost extinct nowadays. What a gem! The wait time was exactly what she told me it would be despite the rush of us pizza lovers completely out numbering her.

I gave 2 stars for the customer service, because it was fine. I ordered crazy bread and stuffed bread sticks as well as extra dipping sauces.
The crazy bread was ok; some pieces we misshapen, but edible. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. I’ve only had the stuffed bread sticks once in Garland last week. They were so fluffy, nicely golden-baked like crazy bread, but stuffed with cheese. My mom and I enjoyed them so much I wanted to try them again at this Lewisville location on 121. What I got was not cool. They were soo flat, not pleasing to the eyes or the palate, and seem to have been too drenched in the oil or something. They were deflated. It was a huge disappointment.

Hit or miss. I’d wait for a fresh pizza. Got a pepperoni, he pulled it out of the hot box, I was like yeah this is gonna be disappointing, and it was. Employees seem pissed off.

This little Caesars location consistently makes really great pizzas! We order pizza from them almost every Friday. I used to order by phone, and sometimes I’d have a hard time getting through or being heard. I finally started ordering online and using the pick up portal for faster service; it’s super convenient and easy. I don’t know what they do differently to their crusts, but I have had pizzas from several different little Caesars locations, and the crust at this one is amazing!

I made it to pick up order and there weren’t any parks. The Roost bar on the hill occupied all the parks. I had to park all the way over by smoke shop. They also don’t understand English very well. I had to repeat order several times
