I waited over 20 minutes in line only to be given the wrong drink AGAIN. Every time I go here they get my order wrong. Either the cashiers are hard of hearing or the baristas are not trained well enough. Absolutely ridiculous.

Friday November 14th around 9am I go get my usual drink. I don’t usually get a receipt but this day I feel like I had to because I got a charge on my phone for a dollar amount. That’s not my usual drink amount. It turns out the cashier(older white lady with medium blonde length hair I didn’t catch her name) put a tip on for herself. That’s completely unacceptable I tell her i never added a tip and she calls Malcom over to refund the tip but she tries to make it seem like I made a mistake.
this is theft and not acceptable
Shoutout Malcom he was able to get a refund but only for my drink this lady still got what she wanted just be careful when you go here and double check that you aren’t getting scammed out of money.
Also my drink was made wrong I am lactose intolerant and was sick the rest of the day
Ps i usually tip in cash and after I get my drink so it’s not that i wouldn’t have tipped it’s just a matter of security and respect

Paid $8 for a black coffee. They overcharged me. Looking at the other reviews it sounds like this location is purposefully doing this! Ask for your receipt and make sure they don’t overcharge you as well. This must be a new way of swindling.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been to many Caribou Coffee locations, but this was by far the worst experience. The staff was unprofessional, rude and the latte was completely bland and tasteless. I will definitely not be coming back.

I have gone here many times when I come to Woodbury to visit family. I had always had good experiences before but the last time I went I was served a bagel with what looked like a rotten or burnt egg. The manager explained that it wouldn’t make me sick and gave me a refund but it should never have been served.

A nice blend of Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros Bagels. The biggest trouble is that it does not show up when searching for either – it shows up as Coffee and Bagels. This is superior than a little run of the mill place when you are looking for one of those two brands. Here, you know the food and drink variety available to you. Kind, fast service plus reliable menu for the win.
