Went this afternoon in the drive through, we needed to pull up and park because of the family meal we ordered. No problem. However when we got home we found our egg rolls and rice were cold and old, and our cheese rangoon were burnt and old. Wouldn’t come here again. The lady that worked the drive through window and that delivered our food after we parked was really nice and professional.

I have my picks and normally it’s good. Sometimes I wait 10 or so minutes for fresher options but I don’t mind. I avoid the drive thru at ALL Panda Express locations. I’ve never even used this locations, but once you’ve gotten stale veggies once you don’t trust, lol. But I like this location – it’s usually busy, staff are ok, food is good.

So the meal was fresh and filling and Tay helped take my order she was so welcoming and didn’t rush me. Got some advice on a dessert from her. It was these little cheese filled starfish looking things, they went well with sweet and sour sauce I was happy with the service. I’d come back again

Food is always the same so no complaints there. It’s literally the staff. I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. today I went in there and they had no food prepared and I was told over 25 minutes to wait for white rice. Ive gone in there and order orange chicken (which they were making fresh, no problem) well while we were waiting they ran out of white rice so then we had to wait on that. When white rice came up… Guess what they sold out of orange chicken so then again I had to wait but they put my girlfriends order in a container by the register so it got cold. we were waiting so long so I asked for it fresh. Well the manager was so flustered he grabbed what he thought was our order but was the people’s behind us and threw it away. This was all mid rush which inevitably caused me to ask for a refund. Both me and my gf were already so pissed I told her to go wait in the car well I then had to go retrieve my receipt from my gf or else I couldn’t get a refund. Only for the manager to have my food prepared which means amidst his freak out they found what was supposed to be my order. Naturally it was cold at that point but it was free so I took it but I waited over 30 minutes for a huge inconvenience and cold food. At this point I will not be returning to this panda express. I’ve had too many bad experiences. If I’m hungry I can’t risk them not having food prepared or just screwing everything up so bad you wait for 30+ minutes on food that should already be prepared.

So I spent $30 on 2 plates of food. They didn’t have it ready at the drive route. So they told me to pull around they didn’t tell me where they just told me to pull around which I did and when they gave it to me. The food was thrown all over the place. They didn’t give me any flatware or anything. So the sauce was in the bag and was dirty and I mean if you’re gonna pay. This amount of money for that food. Shouldn’t you take the duty of care to place the package? So that the sauce doesn’t get thrown all over the place and they service was super bad. I mean, for you to actually notice the service. When the customer interactions are almost minimal. But I noticed and the attitude that these people have, I mean I get it, I worked These types of jobs too, but still, they could just do a better job and they don’t care, maybe that just reflects badly on their managers.But if you can go somewhere else , give this place a miss. Otherwise, yeah, the food.If it’s what’s your craving, then you can definitely get it.Its serviceable , it won’t give you food poisoning

1/4/2026, 4:00 PM, party of 3: we placed our order, paid, asked for teriyaki sauce (because it makes the meal) and was told “we don’t have any”. Wished we was told “no teriyaki sauce” before we ordered so we could leave to go to another Panda Express location. Asked for a refund and the manager was really rude and gave us attitude. Thanks for the crappy service, I lost 1,200 points that I redeemed and can’t get back.

Panda express is always a convenient way to get your Chinese food fixed especially this place has a very very convenient drive-through and at 8:30 PM on Tuesday. We had no wait at all.
Additional note:
The small panda express parking lot is tricky not a very well designed lot so proceed with caution.

Honestly… It was the cleanest, most efficient, fastest and friendliest panda express I’ve ever been to. You expect very little of fast food places but this place had EVERYTHING going on for it. Never seen so many hard working folks working as a team. PLEASE VISIT THEM when you are passing by.
