As a indecisive as well as anxious person, I went to this location to get inspiration for my book. Alison was incredibly sweet and told me about accomodations for my Pumpkin Spice Latte so I could have it but with less sugar ! Was an incredibly great experience and wonderful music, the AC worked wonderfully and I felt right at home and could finish my book exactly as intended. Never been a Starbucks fan until today! Thank you, Alison.

Customer service is always amazing at these location always very Friendly along with that the lady’s always very polite and going the extra miles for the lovely customers. Especially Mel, Presly, Evelyn, these guys are very awesome to me. Just love the different encouragement of words on the cups. The order is always on time when picking up using the app. I remember one time i was locked out from my app and they took care of my drink although they didn’t have to but I appreciate it. Thank you for always keeping me smiling and making sure everyone drink is always made with love. You guys are the best Starbucks.

Shout out to Salina! She figured out a way to make a similar hot drink to the one Starbucks has discontinued! She even took the time to write down what she did and how another employee can ring it up for the next time I visit! She was outstanding & needs a raise!!Note: A different Starbucks wouldn’t make it with a lame, lazy excuse, but that will be another review.

I stopped by this beautiful Starbucks as I was meeting a friend here @ FireWheel mall in Garland…Perla took my order with a smile..She is very professional and always greets each costumer with a kind genuine warm smile . The atmosphere at this particular location is very glamorous and welcoming…Perla and the rest of the staff treats the costumers like family….

By far the absolute BEST Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff was EXTREMELY kind. I was DoorDashing and accidentally left the food while taking the drink. They were kind enough to remake the food and include both the new and old food in the bag for the customer. It was very welcoming, as there was a lady mopping at the door that was really kind to me. I had some casual conversations with the staff and even some customers that were sitting in the Starbucks. 10/10, would recommend again.

A man that came in here and left his bike outside almost had it stolen. He started screaming and the manager calmly walked out and started talking to him trying to calm him down. Leaving this review because of the amount of patience and love the manager had and how he handled this situation. You never see collected kindness anymore. 100000% props to him. What would the world look like if we all handled conflict or issues with this kind of patience and care?

Coffee is great but lounge area is very filthy… food crumbs (along with popcorn which starbucks never sells) on floor…I counted 6 flies.. told barista and it has been 20 minuteas and nobody did anything…i keep having to swat flies out. I went back to the barista… she came to the area and went back… didn’t even bother to remedy the issue (ie..sweep the popcorn which might be attracting the flies) then she told me because their a.c. is not working the flies kept getting in…BAD EXCUSE!

THEN one of the four decided to sit on my straw… and that was (no pun intended)… the last straw… and I left…
