First time ever trying Savvy Sliders. Gotta say its a good idea. They manage to keep their COGs low and profits high. Whereas other competitors in the area give a promise of “larger” portions Savvy says: “Why go bigger when it’s not better?” This restaurant chain has so much potential because the owners focus on quality instead of quantity, a slight percentage that makes those from famous to infamous. Let’s home they keep this steam train rolling and don’t loose sight of this mission, make a better dining experience and name for fast food.

Total rip off, I paid 30.00 for 10 wings and 2 mac and cheese . I weighed the wings and total weight is not even 16oz which they claim is a pound . The weight came out to 11.oz you see for yourself. Im done with this establishment you been warned .

Would not recommend!! The food tastes terrible and the service was very unprofessional!! I ordered wings for a Halloween party and they completely messed up the order. I ordered half boneless and half regular bone-in wings and they gave me all boneless. I immediately called them as soon as they delivered them and I saw that they had messed up the order and the lady was rude and illiterate. She made it seem like it was my fault, she refused to take any accountability and only offered to correct the order after arguing with her for several minutes. If was my first and last experience with them. Very unprofessional!!!

Ordered here on new years. I have never had a problem here before. I ordered wings and sauce on the side. After I was done eating some sauce I found a bug in it. I poured the rest of the sauce out and there was another bug in a different container. (I ordered teriyaki btw)

Love the food most of the time, and I have been a customer for the last ten years, but every single time I have ordered delivery in the last few months it is late and they don’t send the driver UNTIL I call the store to check on my order. And the person that answered the phone could ‘not be bothered and said “ you’re the order waiting for a delivery it’s on its way”. You didn’t even ask what order number it was or the name on the order. If you are so slow that you have one delivery going out at a time, it definitely shouldn’t take over an hour and a half to deliver food that was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. I have been on hold without talking to anyone for over ten minutes and counting. Yeah you just lost a long time customer.

Update: After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, I had to hang up and call back to get them to pick up their phone just to find out after a lengthy convo between the delivery driver and the manager (I could hear everything btw) they delivered my food to the wrong house. The delivery driver lied to the manager about the other address being a corner house it’s not. Could also hear that over the phone…

Would like it noted that the manager I spoke with was very apologetic. And the person that did deliver was super friendly which is the only reason I changed this from a one star.

I love the food and the workers.
What I don’t love is that the card reader doesn’t give you an option to add a tip when you pay with a card – you have to remember to bring cash for their tip jar. I rarely carry cash, although your 3% credit card fee is a good motivator to pick the habit back up. It doesn’t make me feel very Happy that you don’t value your workers enough to add a tipping screen to your card reader, nor value your customers enough to answer my email regarding this issue.
Eat the Rich and give them bad reviews if they don’t value their workers!!!

Pizza had plenty of toppings, but their pizza sauce tasted too much like tomato paste. Bread sticks were good and loaded with cheese. We did not get the flavored crust we asked for on any of our pizzas.

The conversations among employees are more important than making sure customers get their food. My food got put on the rack instead of handed to me because the regular customer was more important to converse with then letting me get my food while it was warm. Not pleased one bit.
