I have to say that most of the time my drinks are made correctly. Once in awhile there’s an issue. But that being said, nobody’s perfect and things happen especially during peak busy times and training new employees. So I totally get it. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it’s been resolved. They were extremely friendly about it. Never a hassle. As for the wait times. I don’t get the reviews that say they are extremely slow. All of the Starbucks I go to have long lines. Sometimes they move quicker than other times. But generally I estimate it being around 5-10 minutes. This location has the nicest staff. I’ve been coming here since they open.

Which makes no sense to me at all
I use to be a server & bartender so I’m not against tipping but unless you’re super friendly, talk to my dog or kids in the passenger seat ( some have) or something to remember or make my day
Maybe extra sure you don’t give my husband an allergic reaction or something
I’m not tipping you. Before I know if you messed up my coffee and in the drive thru, you’re not gonna know in the drive thru
Y’all sometimes mess up the coffee, or y’all are messy and little attention to details
It’s the quick coffee & defrosted pastries
I don’t understand getting minimum wage and tips
Servers and bartenders never get that kind of wage with tips
And do a ton
So I personally don’t understand
Caramel dripping on the OUT side of my Caramel ribbon
Without the crunch bc they are out
I didn’t realize until leaving the window, and it got on everywhere
Of course, I’m out of napkins
It did taste very weird, so I didn’t even drink much of it
I can’t even explain the taste.
Didn’t make me want to come back to this location to be fair
Starbucks across for Horrocks on Saginaw hwy always has beyond service

No matter the time and they are always busy when I come
The main girl I see usually early in the morning (wish I knew her name, redish hair, I believe)
She is upbeat no matter what’s going on
She always gets super nice to my dogs
If you wait by the time she greets you all happy
You just don’t care about the wait
This person is too friendly for being annoyed by time
Sometimes, I seek to order there bc of the great service in the drive thru (I’ve never gone in). Sometimes, for some of us

I came here today on my birthday and I asked the girl what they do for birthdays and unfortunately I didn’t have the app but the girl still gave me a discount for my birthday and when I got to the window the girl was super sweet and seemed like she loved her job and when I got my drink this was on it and they even wrote “happy birthday yay!” On my cup the drink was good and so was my cake pop I come here pretty frequently and every time I come here no matter how busy they are they still do a good job!!

Kind, friendly, and well trained in quality customer service. I’m out of state visiting family and this is the closest sbuxs to them. I only order one drink and each time it’s different. There is no consistency and the espresso is unbearably bitter. This is an indicator that they are not cleaning/servicing their machines regularly. Also, when people pay extra for an add-on like cold foam give them some cold foam. Staff could use some work as well.
