Tonkatsu broth very good! The addition of a few jalapeños was a first for me, but absolutely loved it
Needed a quick nice lunch stop and this hit the spot!! Poke looked good will have to go back and try.

Single use plastic for eating in? It’s 2026. Bowls and utensils were plastic. You’ve only got 4 tables, spring for a few place settings. Chashu had a good flavor but wasn’t all that tender. I don’t have any reason to go back. I wouldn’t eat in during winter months unless you prefer to keep your hat and coat on. Service was friendly. Maybe the Poke is better?

I’ve had their ramen and poke bowls. The poke bowls are great and what I usually order. Everything always tastes fresh and they pack the bowl to the brim. They don’t put a lot of protein in your bowl so I’d recommend ordering two protein sources if you like a bit of fish in every bite like I do. The ramen is much improved since when they first opened. The broth is flavorful and the house ramen comes with a variety of meats. It’s a huge serving so the bowl makes two meals for me.

Update: had to edit my review since this place has gotten worse. I won’t be coming here anymore.
They’ve been putting less and less chashu in the house special ramen. If I’m paying 20$ for a bowl, I’m expecting at least 1 or 2 full slices. They’ve been skimping on it so heavily.
One time I literally just got a nub (thumb sized at best) of chashu and that was it. What a joke. For 20$???? Are you kidding me?

DELICIOUS!!
Ive had the Salmon Lovers Bowl and the House Special Ramen! Both GREAT options.
– the Salmón Lovers Bowl is light and tasty, with raw salmon and sauced up rice, it’s an amazing combo
– the House Special bowl has amazing meat (I would recommend splitting an extra serving of meat between two, then the portions would be great) I LOVE to make marinated soft-boiled eggs to put in these (boil an egg for 7-8 minutes, and let it soak overnight in a bag of soy sauce) because they unfortunately can’t serve them to you.
The staff is very friendly! This is obviously not the BEST ramen you could have, but it’s great for being a ramen shop in Annapolis (which is 95% burgers and wings), the prices are a bit high, but it’s because they are one of a few diverse eats in Annapolis.

Tasty poke bowl for a good price! Appreciated that they didn’t over rice the bowl so it didn’t overtake the other flavors. Staff was willing to add extra sauces and ginger to the bowl which made the experience even better! Avocado up-charge is always worth it though!

We moved out of the area before we had the chance to try your restaurant, so today while visiting family, we w decided to give you a try. You were so friendly and patient and even accommodated a food change request!!! My husband and I once we received our food and drink, were blown away by the freshness and the depth of flavor in your items! My husband got the spicy tuna poke bowl, and I got the bay hills udon noodle bowl with tempura shrimp. She allowed me to change the broth from fish broth to tonkontsu broth! And the mango slushes??? Fresh mango pieces all throughout! It was absolutely delicious! 20/10 recommend and will definitely recommend you to our friends and family that live down there still. We will absolutely come back!

My husband and I absolutely love Poking Ramen! Mae always takes such great care of us. Every time we come in, she goes above and beyond to make our experience special. We have a bit of a unique order — we always ask for the ramen without the noodles (I know, ramen without ramen — LOL!) — but Mae never makes us feel like a bother. She always customizes our meals perfectly, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. On top of that, Mae is such a joy to deal with — warm, friendly, and attentive. It’s rare to find a place that treats you like family, but Poking Ramen and Mae truly do just that. Highly recommend!

Pretty good. For the area the ramen is tasty and they are generous with the portions. No drink machine so you can only get bottle stuff. Interior decoration is kinda funny, the restaurant is a former Greek place so there’s Roman columns with Chinese paintings and then Japanese text. Liked it alot and have been back twice and will continue to visit. Pictured is the udon with tonkotsu broth, chashu, scallions and onions with an egg.

Fresh, steaming hot, and great service. Much better than those bleh, copycat chains.
Got the fish broth udon noodles with tempura shrimp ramen. She left the tempura out so it remained very crunchy and fresh.
