I have been going to this location for a couple years, the past few times I have went to customer service has been terrible. It feels like I am a bother when I come in, I’m always asked to pull around and wait in the front. They always say it’s busy or something when there’s nobody in line and nobody inside, on one of my most recent visits one of the managers was passing around store product(buns) to the workers and they were eating their buns behind the counter, where the food is prepared. I am beyond disappointed with the service…

Ive been going to this jack for 10+ years and never received service like this we ordered our food drive through at 12:43pm we all questioned why she was so rude over the mic when we got to the window we gave her our coupons and she continued to act like we were a inconvenience to her. Told us to go around to re oder the food we had already oderd via drive through nothing changed we just where running up her time and she wanted to delete our oder and start over with such a additude. We are both manger ls as well and spoke to her respectfuly and detailed so we dont know where the confusion was and why she said “well you need to go around and re oder because i have a line” mind you we made NO CHANGES TO OUR ODER but it was our problem.

We were really excited about the smash burgers. We used to eat them at least once a week. The past couple of times, they have been sub par. They were hot fresh juicy. I didn’t mind paying extra for a good burger and waiting for it to be cooked fresh. However, tonight we waited about 8 minutes and got reheated, dry burgers. So disappointed. This was the same last week but thought we would give them another chance. I probably will not be back. Having said all that, the gentleman that waited on us in the drive thru and brought the food to us was very nice.

Apparently this is what passes for a large fry!!! A half empty carton! The jumbo Jack cheeseburger looks nothing like the photos. There’s one flat leaf of lettuce that covers only half the sandwich. One tiny tomato in the middle. Two tiny pickles….

My favorite item on the menu is the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Usually when I order it, the biscuit is always stale. At this location however there biscuits are always fresh which is the reason why I had to stop and write a review. Well done

The food is usually good. I’m disappointed the size of the fish. I mean that I’m not disappointed in the taste but I’m disappointed the size of it and price $2.50 that’s ridiculous. And they tore the fish in half!

I’ve come to this location since I was a little kid, when we used to live on this side of town. Now as an adult, I have moved back with my own family to this side of town again and the quality is still the same since the early days. I love the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Shoutout to Big Steve for hooking me up with the sauces!
