Our family was passing through Alma, GA today and as my husband was ordering the cashiers were more interested in their conversation than taking our order. He has waited about 5 minutes with them arguing over who would take his order before someone took it. We will take our business somewhere that has customer service.

I love this location now, it has definitely gotten better. Everyone is fast and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh as well as good. Continue to do a great job. I just would advise to hire more employees for morning shift.

Got a monster burger just the burger. Whole time I’m ordering the lady is hot micing speaker and isn’t listening at all. Waited almost 30mins with only 2 people ahead of me. I get the sandwich and the Buns are old and dry, insides were burnt, burgers were very hot but had no flavor, bacon tasted like it had been out on the counter all day. Overall horrible experience won’t be back.

Bree was the one that took my order and she done a really good job! She was very helpful and respectful through my whole order! She also took my money and was just the same with a big smile and very friendly. Made the food even taste better! That’s the best service I have had there in a while!

When you pull to the window you never get a proper greeting then as I came to the other window to pay everyone is talking and not paying attention to the customers then when I finally paid I was left at the window for 15 minutes and I only got a burger nothing else then when I was handed my food I still didn’t get a have a nice day or nothing this is everyday the service is so slow I had stop coming to eat here for a while they I decided to eat here because I thought it had changed then to make my day even worse I was on my lunch break and got back to work to see that my sandwich was made wrong

Order was wrong. Fries were fresh and delicious. Hamburger was all wrong. Only thing I asked was for no tomato. Got the wrong cheese and no bacon. As much as the food costs, more attention should be paid to the order being correct

Ordered a Mushroom Swiss meal, a Frisco meal, a hot honey chicken sandwich with 2 strawberry shakes. Waited in line behind one car for 25 minutes. Spent $30.19. The Frisco buns were not toasted, the chicken sandwich was old (brown on the inside), dry and cold. The fries were also hard and cold. The shakes had no working lids for straws. Never eating here again.
