My meal was great! I got a Frisco burger and fries and it was fresh. I also had a sausage biscuit for breakfast and it tasted just like grandmas homemade biscuits! The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean (even the bathrooms). I’ll definitely stop back by when I’m in the area. Highly recommend.

This Hardee’s hit a grand slam out the park. I walked in , was greeted instantly with positivity , the store was sparkling clean , the staff worked together as a team and I was served hot fresh food. The crew got our food out to us in a very efficient time , we are traveling as a family of 8 and our order was rather large. The asked if we wanted to add a strawberry lemon biscuit to our order , we ordered 4 , absolutley delicous!!!! Next time I travel thru this area I will make sure to stop back in. Thank you pioneer tn hardees crew for our great visit. Five star !!!!

I am a local , I used to eat here atleast 3 mornings a week. The place wasn’t doing to well. I heard this location was under new management so I gave them another try. Let me just say A1 service and the food was amazing. I got the bacon breakfast platter , my eggs were hot , and looked appetizing, the bacon was cooked to perfection, my gravy actually had sausage In it , the biscuit was fluffy , soft , mouth watering!!!! Hashrounds were even hot . I watched the kitchen cook all the food as it was ordered and my plate was ready within minutes . I didnt when have to ask for ketchup , it was already on my tray . This hardees is doing there thing and this location is making a righteous impact with their new management!!! Keep it up pioneer !!!!

The service was slow because they were too busy on their phones and hanging in the room on the side to wait on me. Food was mediocre like most fast food industries.
If you’re going to have customers or employees do fake reviews at least live up to the reviews. Waste of my money and time

We had to wait to have our order taken. No problem, except that the employees looked right at us and didn’t even acknowledge we were waiting. Food was mediocre to say the least. We stop here every time we travel from Tennessee to Ohio. The service and food are usually tops. Not today. The server did not even acknowledge when I thanked her for her service. It didn’t appear that she enjoyed her job very much. There was only one other customer in the restaurant at the time of our visit.

Had a #1 hamburger and it reminded me of the Burger Chef super chef burger as soon as I took the first bite! Yum! (Hardee’s acquired Burger Chef in the early 1980’s many located in Indiana). Mushroom burger good flavor. Drive thru service courteous.

Very unpleasant service. Came in for dine in. Took over 20 mins to receive our food. When food had arrived my burger had no tomatoes or ketchup. I had went up to the counter to fix it their reason was they were low on condiments and they didn’t want to use it all up. OK understandable. But they could have informed me when I was ordering, so that I could have chosen a different menu option. The staff was very rude and the cook comes out of the freezer fridge with a whole container of tomatos.
