The drive through worker was having very hard time talking to me. We found wood in my food. Food was COMPLETELY COLD. Made my frappe incorrectly and did a poor job fixing it. Army coffee tasted better.

Hubby & I stopped for lunch after a year not coming cause of poor service & dirty tables, floors , & rest rooms,& awful food.
What a delightful surprise. Everything was immaculate. Clean tables etc. there was a cleaning lady doing a wonderful job keeping the place clean. So enjoyable now to eat inside. The food was hot & delicious. Nice improvement.
Will certainly be back. Nice work Mc Donald’s.

I can not afford a vehicle, i ride a scooter to get around, so when i tried to order at the drive thru, I was denied because i had to be in a car/truck.
I’ve ordered on my scooter before with no issues, and yet the staff gave me trouble, claiming some kind of safety issues even though I do not work for DoorDash or any delivery service. I heard some kind of loud scream/noise through the speaker as i was leaving, along with people talking, not checking to make sure their mics were off. Very unprofessional. One guy that was shoveling the sidewalk attempted to help, but he was told the same thing.
Thanks for ruining my night, I won’t be returning again.

I order here pretty frequently.
When I got my morning order today my sticker off my drink was peeled off. I know they dont just slip off because I’ve peeled them before and they’re stuck on pretty good. The workers should not be ripping promo stickers off the drink cups. I will be seeking further action.

We stopped for breakfast while on a road trip. The store was not clean! French fries and trash on the floor so clearly cleaning had not been done from the previous evening.
Food did come quickly.
The cleaning lady in the bathroom had her phone playing loud music. I think she could probably work without her music.

You have cameras at your drive-through. Is it really that hard to take care of first come first serve? If it didn’t happen to me three times in the last month and only once I wouldn’t say anything. First come, first served… common sense get with the program.

I find many McDonalds single use plastic cups littered all over Ashland county while riding my bike . It would be nice if they could find a biodegradable alternative! Plastic kills. Called McD complaint line and their policy is we do not take complaint. Never going back to McDonalds!
