So we are in town for a food show cuz my wife and I are both cooks and we decided to stop in at this place for dinner. We put in our appetizers of provolone wedges and pickle chips and had to wait 25 minutes for below average food. While we were waiting at our seats which was right next to the entrance to the kitchen, we saw first hand that the staff even though “busy” with almost 10 tickets in the red with a restaurant not that full, One of the cooks moving as slow as possible with the other playing on their phone in the back and at this time we had waited over 20 minutes for two appetizers that take 5 minutes to cook. When we finally got the appetizers the pickle chips were drenched in oil so much so that it was all over the bottom of the plate and on the sides of the plate and when I say when you picked one up you were squeezing so much oil out of this like a sponge which means that it had to have sat for way too long in the window, it tasted disgusting because the fryer oil that they were using was beyond old and you could smell it as soon as you walk in the door. The “provolone” wedges were just mozzarella bites in a different shape and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I had ordered the hot Italian sandwich and when I got it you would assume that the meat was thrown on the grill right. Well for this place you’d be wrong, all they did was stack up the meats put two pieces of cheese on the meat and throw it in the broil just to melt the cheese. 2/3 of the sandwich were soggy lettuce a fistful of onions and an equal amount of banana peppers. I’m assuming it it’s sad because by the time the sandwich made it to the table the bottom of the sandwich so soggy that when I picked up the sandwich the bottom of it had just fell off. My wife sandwich was equally as bad she didn’t even finish half of it before stopping. The quality of the food is you equal to school cafeteria lunches, the only thing that this place had going for it was it’s presentation because it tricked us into coming there. Never making that mistake again.

So initially I gave this place 5 stars, the first time I ate here, food was great then I returned 2 more times , and the food was terrible. Let’s start with the onion rings ,a slither of onion underneath all that breading . I had the stuffed pastrami,and Turkey .A bland dry tasting sandwich made with no care to even taste like a Panini sandwich. Last time I ordered wings to go Lemon Pepper. They put hardly any dry seasoning on the wings too late if you took them home already . My wife’s Philly cheessteak a boring sandwich, Steak em taste better that . This place ain’t exactly cheap neither they won’t see me again. I tried em 3 times food is garbage . It is a clean restaurant thou . Service is kind of slow ! The servers seem like their lost here .

food is usually pretty good, sometime it can be bland though. This place is usually packed so its hard to get decent seating alot of times. I know the servers try as hard as they can but sometimes they can be slow. Either way it is a pretty good resturant/bar

I just left a review for the amazing bartender. I also went back the next day (bartender wasn’t working that day). And my server, young lady, (Ashley?) provided Outstanding service. She was friendly, fun, and got out order right! She was able to recommend items that I absolutely loved!
This is my favorite place to visit when I come to town (about twice a year, unfortunately) but will for sure come back.

Although this place is not far from us, this is our 1st visit. Well, we were seated almost immediately, order was taken, and then poof…our waitress just disappeared. I had to take our glasses over to the bar for refills. It took her so long to get another ketchup bottle that I asked the table behind us for theirs. There was a large party near us and I’m not sure if my waitress was for them as well because I saw several staff tending to them. It was horrible. There are gnats flying around the place like crazy. I’ve been to other Paninis before and have had great service. Perhaps it was an off day…the service left a lot to be desired, tho.

We order takeout from this Paninis a few times a year. With 4 kids, it’s not that often, but we like their wings and the kids enjoy the kids meals. The last 4 times our takeout order has been wrong. We don’t like to complain because we get that it’s loud there, but it’s always a little disappointing. We just got takeout tonight and the hostess taking my order was so kind and patient as we made our order. Then she read it back to me, and for the first time ever she offered the drinks that come with the kids meals. Everything was correct and delicious. I went all the way back to tip her and then of course didn’t even get her name, but she deserves a raise for doing a great job! I hope she takes our next takeout order!

I went there with a friend for lunch. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken was very good and the bread was fresh, but the fries were greasy and not crisp. I couldn’t even eat them. Maybe they’re meant to be that way at this restaurant. They specialize in sandwiches that have the fries and slaw inside the sandwich. I prefer my fries on the side.
The restaurant wasn’t busy. My friend and I wanted to talk, but we couldn’t hear over the volume of the music. We were leaning across the table, trying to hear each other. I won’t be back, primary because of this. When I’m at a restaurant, I want to be able to have a conversation.
The server was polite and efficient. A delight! The restaurant is pleasant looking and clean.

AT AROUND 5:05pm ON SATURDAY JANUARY 11th 2025…. I ordered A thin crust pizza & some large fries to go for $21…. I SAT THERE FOR AN HOUR WHILE I WATCH PEOPLE PLACE THEIR ORDER AFTER ME, BUT GOT THEIR FOOD BEFORE ME. THEN WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY ORDER AT 6:01pm, MY PIZZA & FRIES WAS ICE COLD and THEY DIDN’T EVEN CUT MY PIZZA AT ALL (You can see where they tried to cut the pizza, but wasn’t successful)… THE HOSTESS THAT TOOK MY ORDER NEVER CHECKED nor GAVE ME ANY UPDATES ON WHEN MY FOOD WAS GONNA BE READY… I HAD TO ASK ANOTHER HOSTESS FOR THE STATUS OF MY FOOD (CAUSE I’VE BEEN WAITING AN WHOLE HOUR)…. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE, BECAUSE PANINI’s NORMALLY HAS AWESOME FOOD & GREAT SERVICE, BUT I DON’T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED THIS EVENING.

It was such a nice day that we were able to sit in the outside area. This was nice because we were also still able to watch TV. The food was served fast and it tasted great. Our waitress was very friendly as well. We will definitely be back to this place for a game.
