Sandwich was squished and burned by the sandwich artist. She seemed annoyed when I went to pay (when her supervisor asked me to) while the sandwich was in the oven. Sandwich didn’t even taste good, and when I asked for light marinara sauce she acted as if I asked for her license and registration. Be good at what you do. Even if you don’t really like to do it.

Curtis is great at customer service and the lettuce on Saturday couldn’t be replaced it had a lot of brown in it .I felt bad for Curtis cause he tried to replace it..so when I got home I had to pick out the brown lettuce which didn’t leave a lot of room..to enjoy my sandwich

By far the worst experience ever my wife was divorcing me her drink was full of bugs you can’t really see them in the picture but it was disgusting and he lettuce was bad. I will never go there again

I was having a bad day and was excited for my usual subway sub, but all the vegetables tasted like hand sanitizer… I can only imagine it’s because those employees don’t wash their hands for prep work, they weren’t dressed to food handling safety code either… eat here at your own risk. I was very upset about this because I enjoy subway quiet a bit and usually food helps me feel better. The rest of my week is ruined because of those ones sub. Disappointed.

I wouldn’t even give it a star. I usually have good service, but today was the worst. It took forever to have one sandwich made and all three employees were telling us as customers that they didn’t want to be here. When it came to paying is what really ticked me off. The lady took forever to put my order in and when asking if I wanted anything else, I said that’s it. She just stared at me and I said just the sandwich. Then she asks if I’m crabby. Okay, yeah, I was because it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a sandwich made. And a store or food employee has no right to ask a customer if they are crabby. I had a right to be. I’m probably not going to be going back if any of these employees are working.

Ordering was great. The older woman who took my sub order was very nice and pleasant. So I go to pay and the younger girl operating the till was unhappy with me. Rolled her eyes because I wanted to give her the exact change. I had set a ten dollar bill down quickly and reached in my bag for change. It floated down onto the counter near her. No one was behind me. Except my husband who was watching me. I gave her the change and I could see she was mad because I didn’t hand her the ten. I thought oh well, its closer to her end of the counter anyways. No big deal. She gets mad. I could see it in her face. After She tosses down 5 singles and walks away. Leaves the counter. I had my hands out to receive the change. But she tossed it down and walks away! Funny thing was I was going to give them a tip. I always do. We are from Canada and our government has done away with the penny and do not use pennies any more. So I can’t even slip them into our currency. I give them back when I can. She would not come back out to speak to me at all. So I wanted my money back! I don’t NEED to eat here. I wasn’t trying to disrespect anyone and I didn’t deserve her rude behaviour! I pay you to make my Sub order. I work very hard for my money as a Secretary and I NEVER THROW peoples money at them in any way. I was rushing to be quick. She made me feel like i needed to hurry! That would be an automatic fire where I work! . Her customer service skills are little to be desired. She wouldn’t even come talk to me to give me my money back. The older lady said that girl was the boss. She offered me the sub. I wouldn’t eat it, I was snubbed! Why would I eat that? I don’t think I’m better than anyone else. Do think I deserve to be treated well. She could see I was only trying to get my money out for her! I would have apoligised to her for making her feel like i was treating her …I don’t know .. Rude? She didn’t understand why I wasn’t giving her my singles I guess. I need them to pay tolls. Having the exact amount saves them from making money errors. Which we have run into every time we go through them. I will never stop here again. We travel all through the upper States. Going through Minot once or twice a week. Will bypass this Walmart and Subway.

The older lady working is always crabby she was rude 2 me & my mom 2 different times this time also 2 the person in line next.. if she doesnt want 2 work she shouldnt ..this last time she worked was sat. 7/22 At about 5:30 i wish i new her name.. i just wanted a sandwich..shes very rude..ill go some where else thank you.. i suggest other people do same.. unless your already having bad day..
