So sent my daughter to get us the new doritos footlong nachos. And when I say the size amout does not match the price. Barely any toppings on it I could literally count the pieces of tomatoes, onions jalapeños and meat. Plenty of sauce and chips tho. Went over and talked to I guess the manager Ms. Tasha and she said that she had spoken to the director about the portion size and it is what it is. I asked her so there is nothing you can do about it and she looked me dead in my face and said No IT IS WHAT IT IS !! Wow this is absolutely crazy. I spend my money on something and not satisfied and you tell me it is what it is. This store is a complete waste of space. All the employees are quite rude, you don’t get greeted when you come in, when they finally come from the back they just stand there and stare at you. This is absolutely ridiculous. She could have just remade the order to make it right but it was clear she could care less about losing a customer. I’ve given this location one too many chances and to be told it is what it is . I’m completely done at this point. Get rid of the whole staff non of them enjoy there jobs you see not one smile on anyone’s face they all looked annoyed mad at the world and like you bothering them cause you want something to eat . Do better or quit .

everyone in this place is rude and hates there job! i walked in and nobody greeted me! the older later is nice but short with talking but the young girl with braids didn’t say one word and smacks gum and has a rude look the whole time people are in there

Will never stop in another subway ever again two people in there working made me stand there 15 minutes wouldn’t take my order because they didn’t have time they had to work on orders that were called in. I will never go on the subway again.

I’ve given this Subway more chances than I can count over the past two years—despite my neighbor’s early warning that it was the worst in town. Unfortunately, he was right. Each visit has been a lesson in poor service, apathetic attitudes, and subpar food. Smiles are rare, training appears nonexistent, and turnover is clearly high. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s a reflection of absentee ownership and disengaged management. No business runs itself, and this one is a prime example. It’s a shame for the young employees trying to learn the ropes. The owners need to step up, or step aside. Restrooms are absolutely horrid! The health department needs to visit this location.

I have ordered from there a few times everytime I do the sandwich is never right. When u ask for light pepper but there is so much on it u can’t even enjoy the sandwich. I will not spend my hard earned money there I will take my business elsewhere.

This place is ridiculous. Every time I come here for my wife there is only one person working and I have to wait forever. She likes the sandwiches here, but I could drive to Zebulon, get a sandwich and drive back faster, and this store is only 5 minutes from my house. Unbelievable.

Lady with tattoos is great and very chill, other workers are very lazy likes to close the store very early for no reason at all. It’s says close at 9 but they close around 5 or 6. Be for real.

Terrible experience. I left with out even getting a sandwich. Two young girls working. Very very rude. Unclean hands dealing with food. Left to answer the phone while in the middle of making my sandwich. She stood there scratching her arms and hair with the same gloves she was making my sandwich with. Didn’t even excuse herself to answer. the phone. Just walked away in the middle of me speaking with her. They were both cussing while making the orders in line in front of me. No regard to customer service at all. Won’t be going back again.

Wish I could give this location 0 stars! Customer Service here is non-existent. This location is set as my default location on the mobile app and I forgot to change it before I submitted my order. As soon as I realized my mistake, which was immediately after I submitted it, I tried to call to let them know not to make it. It rang and rang and went to voicemail. I tried an additional 6 times over the span of 10 minutes, still no answer. At this point, I had to go back to work and figured I would try again later since they were clearly too busy to answer the phone. I called an hour later and someone named RJ answered and was extremely rude. I’ve never been treated like that anywhere. When I explained the situation to her, her response was “so you’re expecting ME to cancel YOUR order, after it’s already been made, because of YOUR mistake, which will cause ME to lose money???” I couldn’t believe the audacity. So of course when I point out the fact I tried to call 6 times, she claimed she had been there since 6 AM and the phone had not rang, which was a complete lie. I called the same number every time, so she’s either hard of hearing, or lazy! You need some new staff, or some retraining in customer service. I know I won’t be back to that location!
