The service on Saturday was horrible. The manager was too busy laughing with employees to worry about customers. Orders were backed up, even the Doordash driver said she’d been waiting over 30 minutes for an order placed online. We waited 45 minutes for a simple 4 item order and gave up, requested a refund. The total lack of professionalism was amazing. I don’t know what is going on with this location but someone should look into what happens on the weekends.

I placed a pick up order through UberEats, upon arrival to pick up my order, placed under my own name, the general manager tells me he already made the order and that the order was already taken. Proceeds to tell me that I can get a refund if I cancelled the order through the app, and the only way he would remake my food is if I placed a new order. So, wanting to still receive the food that I had JUST paid for, I did as the general manager said. Fully expecting to be refunded my $43 since my order was stolen. Nope. I go to check my email this morning to see if the money was refunded to me, and due to “fairness of the store” and the fact that Taco Bell had already claimed the order was picked up (not by the correct person, OBVIOUSLY), they kept the money for both orders. Mind you, $84 dollars in total with both orders. The general manager himself said that this happened frequently, and as someone who visits this establishment quite often for pick up orders, no one ever attends the front counter to make sure that pick up orders are being taken by the correct person, never ask for details to be provided, they just hand the food out, or someone can just walk right in and take whatever they please. I am beyond livid at my experience and will never order from this establishment again. I came on here to let everyone else know that your food has a high probability of being stolen and the likelihood of you being refunded is extremely slim. I hope whoever stole my order was/is happy with themselves and my food. This is absolutely ridiculous and the establishment needs to take more care in checking who these orders are going out to.

There is nothing wrong with the Taco Bell on a fundamental level, but I am leaving every Taco bell in my area a 1 star overall review until they bring back breakfast. Its bs. Literally the only reason I went there. I am assuming all the ones in the Baytown area are under the same franchise. May have been a good decision logistically on the business side, but that doesn’t make me want to eat there because I can’t get a breakfast crunch wrap now.

waited an hour for my mobile order. The kid that was working the counter was rude, inconsiderate and just overall had horrible customer service. The place looked disgusting cups and trash all over the ground as the were working. The kid tried to lie and say a ton of orders were ahead of us when two people ordered and got there food before that. Never coming back here and they’res mold on the back wall where they have the sauce decals. This all occurred on 10/24/25 at around 11pm.

This is literally the world’s worst taco bell restaurant. I have ordered food many times here over the year. I was willing to give them multiple chances to make orders correct. Nothing I order is crazy, just regular tacos, bean burritos and such… It has NEVER came out of the kitchen right. Doesn’t matter if it’s take, dine in or drive thru…. It is a complete waste of money and time to try to get food from here….. This place is poorly ran, and the folks in the kitchen line can’t even make a damn taco correctly….. Horrible place to eat

Multiple times now i have ordered from this store and had to return to request my order be remade to the extent of having had to now stop in their parking lot just to double check if my order was made correctly. Example when i have requested to have chipotle sauce or the creamy jalapeno sauce removed from a few items, ill find it made with those sauces which forces me to turn around and request a remake. I am unsure if whomever is making the food is paying attention to the order or just reads the item requested and makes it without regard for the alterations. Not only is this poor customer care but also a waste of food time and money.

I normally dont stop for lunch during my work travels but had an itch for a couple tacos today.. As much as I hate going into a fast food place, my truck is too big for the drive thru. But today may have changed my opinion on that. This store was clean and efficient!! Not to mention the woman I spoke with at the counter. Thanks Angel! I definitely won’t think twice about stopping here again. 10/10
