Only reviewing their food since I’ve never been to the location, only ordered for delivery. Their all day breakfast sandwich is good! Love the spicy mayo that comes on it and the jalapeño cheddar bagel is my favorite flavor.

I love this place, but improvements are needed. The service was flawless and friendly. The Garden Avocado Bagel was disappointing in that there were only a few spinach leaves. The avocado tasted bland amd overly chewy, the “plain” bagel had too much salt and it tasted spicy. The sauce was just not complimentary. The tomatoes were tasteless and wilted. They also didn’t have gluten free options. They need an upgrade in quality, or a slight change in recipe. The atmosphere is kind of east coast deli-like. Hard chairs and crowds. The atmosphere was friendly though, and you might find a favorite food in there. I personally will order something else next time.

This water was $.27. I placed a mobile order and there’s no option for water in the app, so when I got to the drive through I told them I had a mobile order and wanted to add a cup of water. I had already prepaid for my mobile order in the app. When I got to the pickup window, they wanted an extra $.27 for the water which had to pay with a credit card since I didn’t have any coins. Anyway, I hope the $.27 was worth this negative review. What service!!!! Rest of my order tasted great to be fair.

Went through the drive thru to get an All nighter bagel sandwich and a Texas Brisket bagel sandwich. The espresso machine was down so couldn’t get a coffee… then they skimped us on the sandwiches… there was maybe a spoonful of brisket and 1 floppy slice of bacon on them… then the best part is they had the audacity to ask for a tip in the DRIVE THRU… see photos for reference on what the sandwich should look like and what it actually looked like. So disappointing…. 2 years ago when we went the sandwich was fat and actually looked like the pics… never going back

We ordered the country gravy bagel which was so good! Will order it again! We also had sausage bagel which was just as good. The cold brew vanilla was tasty! I’ll be back for sure!

Einstein Brothers ♂️ and Bagels is one of the good bagel places in Nashville! They have a huge variety of bagels of which our absolute favorites are – Power Protein Bagel , Jalapeño ️ Cheddar Bagel , Green Chilli Bagel w/ their signature spreads – Honey Walnut, Cream Cheese . We have also tried their Avacado Toast its good!
Their fresh coffee ☕️ is also decent.. i have always tried their medium blend.
IMP Notes:
* The Power Protein Bagel is often not available. So its better to check before you go – if you are really craving for one!
* Unfortunately they dont heat up the bagels if you buy the 1/2 or Full Dozen Bagels – which is really bad/unpleasant experience. I hope they change this policy!

Bright and clean interior, friendly staff.

Need to understand the definition of ‘toasted’ which does NOT mean holding the bagel over a cigarette lighter for ten seconds. That single complaint aside, food was good (aside from being barely toasted), and the gal at the drive thru window was super friendly.
