People were friendly. Food was terrible.
Picture yourself on a beach eating burgers, now picture those getting dunked in the ocean, yes, that kind of salty. Pictures I’m going to post with this will show just how much seasoning was on the fries. The rest of the food was just as salty. $70.00 down the drain. If they get that taken care it will be worth going back to try again.
The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly.

I ate one fry out of this picture and one chicken tender, 14$ and they didn’t even give a full boneless wing, stay away go to Popeyes it’s the same price but they give you a good portion, I will never be back, writing this in the restaurant as I’m to aggravated to eat for what I just paid

Zaxby’s zalads are the best! At least when they are fresh. I am not sure if it’s a coincidence or normal but I ordered one later in the evening and it was of horrible quality. I received excellent quality the many other times I ordered earlier in the day. These are pictures showing the poor quality, including wilted and bad lettuce and mushy tomatoes. There are also ingredients missing.

I placed an online order arriving 3 minutes after placing the order drive thru foods ready hmmm ok. Not ok. The order was correct but the quality was old and cold. I called and spoke to a young lady who was the mod on duty she was kind and willing to make me happy. So here it is I sucked for this but y’all I was hungry. I came into the restaurant 15 minutes before closing asking politely if they’d cook it fresh. And y’all ever single one of them working were still kind. I know I sucked it’s Saturday night fair is in town. But..

Due to my work scedule i always order here during their night shift and everytime I order they manage to mess it up, and all I ever order is 2 Cobb salads! They always leave something out of the salad or forget my sauce. This time when I ordered, there was no egg in ethier of my salads.Im tired of the shitty service and I won’t be eating here again.

Cinnamon leaving doomed this place. Mark my words – once Chick-fil-a moves in across the street, Zaxby’s will be out of business within 3-6 months. Every time, they have SOMETHING missing from the order. An 8-ounce sauce cup is a foreign item to the restaurant, but is available on the app.
The app always freezes. We are missing a large fry about half the time. Today, I had to ask for another sweet tea as the order had two meals. Not that big of a deal, minor discrepancies happen to even the best – like Chick-fil-a one time gave us 4 sauces instead of 5 and another time forgot a straw. Forgive me for being satirical, but the discrepancies at Zaxby’s are much bigger. Like, take my order back kind of bigger and give me a refund.
Come on, now. We all enjoy a random fry coated in seasoning. Adds a little variety. But, DO NOT order extra seasoning on the app. It’s like they put the fries in a bucket and dump seasoning in it, shake it up, put it in the container, then pour on seasoning afterwards. See pictures for reference…edit: nevermind. Can’t post pictures here.

I like Zaxby’s. This time however, the three piece Big Zak Snack was more six smaller tougher pieces.
I love the seasoning, tho. Has a great flavor. Love the chips as well. I like them being crispy better than the fries.
