We had an opportunity to host a Launch party for my memoir, Vestiges of Light, at Las Margarita’s aka Las Mas on Hixson Pike. They outdid themselves for our party and we could not have asked for better food or service! Georgina and the staff there are over the top wonderful and so accommodating. They portioned off a part of the restaurant just for our group. The empanadas with sauces were delicious! Thank you so much for helping make our book launch party a success!

We really enjoyed the great authentic food, quiet atmosphere and exceptional service from Jessica. She was professional, prompt and friendly. She was helpful and kept our Margaritas full! We had guacamole and cheese dip to start, the chicken was tender and the portions were huge! Big enough for sharing!

We ended up here because Tremont tavern was packed. Glad we decided to check it out. The service and friendliness of staff is exceptional. Seems like a small staff but they all do their part and definitely pay attention to customers. Food was great! The red wine sauce on my veggie burrito was really good, not standard enchilada sauce. Atmosphere felt like it might have been a nightclub at one point, but gave space without the feeling like you were just out in the open. It had character. It is upstairs and I didn’t see a way to get there other than to climb them. So probably not a good idea for elderly people. Parking was street parking and a little hard to come by. Overall really enjoyed our dinner. Chips were nice and thick.

Always amazing serve and variety of food selection. El Pastor tacos were very authentic. Tony is amazing along with his staff. Great drinks! Clean and able to accommodate our party of twenty inside. Spacious and outside deck is wonderful in the warmer months. We visited in November 2024. So good!!

Went here while visiting the area… wish we would’ve skipped this spot for our last dinner out.
I ordered the carne asada which was dry, tough and had zero seasoning. Came with rice, beans some lettuce and avocado slices. The only thing palatable on the plate was the rice. I’m not picky by any stretch and I was able to choke it down, but don’t waste your time or money.
The others in my party made some substitutions that ended up coming out wrong.
