I walked in and ordered. I stood there for a while before anyone helped me then she told me it would be an hour wait for a pizza i told her it was fine cause I was waiting for a birthday party to be over and both waitress seemed very annoyed that I ordered. They were not friendly at all. they were busy but still I even tipped 5 dollars and they seemed very annoyed and rude that i placed a order i just got a large pepperoni and sausage and when I got the pizza I was very upset by the size i was confused it seemed very small for a large. The pizza was good but very poor service and pizza seemed like a medium and not a large I paid $22.97 plus a 5 dollar tip for 1 pizza. Not happy at all.

Customer service sucks at the pool bar and restaurant! Ordered cheese garlic sticks and got bread! Went back for new and the gave me even drier bread. Cajun pasta had no Cajun seasoning, had to go back for the seasoning. Wings were fried good, could use a bit more salt pepper! Toasted cheese ravioli were ok, didn’t serve marinara with them, had to pay extra. 3/10, old owner was way better

Im giving 5 out of 5 stars for Boss’ pizza & chicken. *UNDER NEW OWNER & MANAGEMENT*
They get the 5 out of 5 stars because im impressed with how well they can accommodate thier customers. Its a hidden gem of a restaurant tucked away in the Ramanda hotel on merle hay rd. They are open from 3pm to 3am offering dine in, take out & delivery from in house along w door dash, uber eats, & grub hub. They offer great menu choices of pizzas, pastas, & broasted chicken along w appetizers and a few desserts. Prices are fair. Large pizza gonna run you around $24.00. Clean environment and top notch service. Tasha did an excellent job of welcoming us, showing us the menu options and getting our order in and food out to us in under 10 mins. I highly recommend Boss’ pizza and chicken. And whatever your dining needs may be they got you covered.

The pizza here is 10/10. Nice and cheesy and greasy like you want a pizza to be. The mozzarella sticks were good as well. The service was great and the food came out fast. The only downside is if you dine in is that it smells like chlorine due to the pool in the hotel. So get it to go or have it delivered if you don’t like the smell of chlorine.

The food was good but service was awful. We got our food 1hr+ after ordering if it was busy that would make sense but there was one family there and they already had their food. We needed refills had to hunt down our waitress to get them and she never came back to the table to make sure everything was good. The price of the food is outrageous a medium pizza is a normal pizza place small and a large pizza is a normal pizza place medium. We had five people and all of us left hungry. We will never be coming back to this place. I don’t recommend.

If I don’t end up with food poisoning from this I’m going to be really surprised! The owner standing behind the bar with a cigarette in his hand ridiculing his employees. Food comes out and I thought it was Cole slaw and it was supposed to be potato salad, I questioned it and wanted it is potato salad. Tasted it and it tasted NOTHING like potato salad. Not sure what it even tasted like.The fountain drinks all tasted like watered down soda of some sort. We told them it’s not right but didn’t agree with us. Ordered a water and the water tasted horrible. Saw there were some
20 oz drinks behind the bar, like 4 bottles. I asked if I could have one them. Finally a drink that tasted right. Chicken was horrible. The owner told his staff in front of all of us to recommend the baked potatoes and green bean casserole to customers for the next few days because they had some left over from the employee Thanksgiving dinner the night before. Uhhhh what??

Dude…I’ve never had a pizza take 4 hours to be delivered before. Not only do they make the pizzas themselves, but they also deliver it…themselves.
My boyfriend ordered through Door Dash not knowing that the pizza shop would be doing their own deliveries…It’s made me question why the Door Dash surcharge if it’s not another entity delivering. And, also you’re paying more for DD but it’s taking extra time? That makes no sense to me.
The food was cold by the time it got to us, and I was in bed anyway. We finished the movie long before the pizza even made it to the oven. I get being understaffed…You should allow actual Door Dash drivers (who only door dash) to deliver your food for you. You’re cutting way too many corners and sacrificing quality and service in order to save a few bucks. It’s rare to get a 1 star ratings from me and I have done over 800 reviews. This whole process is seriously lacking.

We returned here to give it another try. The chlorine smell was still there but not as bad as previous visit and I understand there is nothing they can do about it. I ordered the 3 piece Chicken Dinner. The chicken was fantastic, potato wedges were fresh and hot. I was not impressed with the baked beans. My wife loves their Ruben Pizza! Food is good but get a headache from the chlorine.
After first entering to a fog of chlorine, the place is nice looking and clean. The hostess seems like she transported out of the 70s and seemed rather confused.
We ordered the Chislic appetizer which was a bit expensive but tasty none the less. I ordered the 4 piece chicken basket and my wife ordered the Parmesan Chicken Pizza. The pizza arrived first and was nice and hot and smelled as delicious as it was. I am usually not a fan of alfredo pizza but this was actually pretty good. It took about another 10 minutes for my chicken to be delivered. It was hot, but really had no flavor to it. It was rather blah. The potato wedges were not super hot but weren’t bad. The side of baked beans were small and something just poured straight from a can with no doctoring.
I cannot say it was terrible although the server was friendly when she was around but she wasn’t very attentive.
I would return to give it a another try.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I walked in to order a pizza to go. Walked in at 2:30 on a Sunday and there was not a soul in there. Not a single customer. Not a worker, bartender, server, nothing. Ghost town. After about 5 minutes i asked the lady at the front desk if anyone was working and she said ‘they might just be in the kitchen’. I said ok anyway to grab someone to let them know I am here? Her response was ‘I can’t, I am not allowed to go back there’. I walked over to the kitchen, the door was open and I peeked in and screamed hello multiple times, still nothing. After about 8 minutes, a guy in sweats and a sweatshirt walks by me and says ‘anyone help you yet?’ I looked around and said, no I havent been able to locate anyone. I said this was my first time and it will be my last. I told him I asked the lady at the front desk and even yelled into the kitchen. At which point he told me I need to go ‘for going into the kitchen’. I never stepped foot in there. Place smells like you’re in the pool. Behind the bar, there was nothing in the coolers, didn’t look like they even sold any alcohol. I wouldn’t spend a dollar at this terribly ran establishment.

Would recommend not order after 9pm. Assume the food may be good. Behind the customer service takes the appetite away to partake in consumption. Even tho it is open until 4am which is nice for late traveler’s. Though staff is limited and comes across not to hold the best customer service first practices.
I ordered two pizzas and a side of fries when I saw one pizza that had an error. First checked the receipt to make sure there was not missing information. In receipt it clarifies ingredients were listed to be included it does not indicate the ingredients to be taken out.
You would think that would also mean the side with just cheese and sauce would also not be present. As indicated on receipt, Unless I’m too tired I can’t clearly read the receipt right.
