Did a mobile order. Got there, I was able to pull right up and my did was ready when I got to the window. Great, fast, and hot. Which was good because it was my lunch break. I got back to the office and leg my chicken sandwich and immediately saw brown wilted lettuce. Open my sandwich and it was brown as well. I work literally 6 min from there so my lettuce should not have wilted to the point that fast. Such means it was old lettuce when they made the sandwich. I’d rather spend the time to drive a little further to Wendy’s.

Came to drive through this morning , nice staff the crossiant breakfast sandwich was fresh and good the new candied bacon. Vanilla ice coffee. I have been to plenty of Burger kings..this is the only one I’ve been to were you get your food hot and fresh. Never let me down yet. And the service is good. Couldn’t post a pic of my food cause I ate it so fast.

I have been looking for a Burger King near my home, for a year. I just happened to pass by one, today, that’s much further away from my house, but I was so excited and I grabbed what I used to eat, which is a Whopper Jr with bacon and no cheese, and it had to have been the best fast food burger that I’ve had in years. Granted, it’s been a long time since I’ve had one and I missed the fact that they have the best onions on their burgers, and their burgers have that taste and smell of being grilled, and the lettuce is fresh and not slivers and the bacon was fantastic. I just don’t understand why there are more of them around and how they aren’t beating out McDonald’s. Anyway, it was a quick drive through but it was delicious.

Trash experience. How am I supposed to “have it my way” when I can’t even get hash browns with my combo? They’re advertised on the menu, but apparently they’re only available with a specific sandwich. That’s misleading and feels like false advertising. This is not how I rule, and definitely not how I wanted it my way—I wanted hash browns with my combo.
On top of that, the Friday night staff had an attitude, which was a complete contrast to the daytime crew, who are usually much better. To make matters worse, my fries were cold, so there’s no telling what my burger is even going to taste like. Overall, a real disappointment.

Warm well done fries, warm patty for my whopper, great customer service and clean atmosphere.
Next time I will have to ask for entire burger to be hot and well done and wait for fresh hot fries.

I was charged twice for my meal. The managers would not refund me. Attitudes were disgusting. The gm should be ashamed to have these people running their store. I spent $30 on a meal that should have been $14. Will never come in this place again.

This Burger King is the worse I just left there I was there for 20 minutes and they still did not complete my order I had to get a refund. The customer service is terrible instead of the girl asking the cook if he was working on my food she’d have an attitude telling me that they’re going in a certain order and they end up giving my food to somebody else do not go to this Burger King. THE WORST. And didn’t even offer to fix it or offer me anything just say I’m sorry they are terrible

I can’t believe that I’m making this review I have been destroying this Burger King for 10 years however this past summer there was a major management change what has occurred after that management change cuz I have noticed quite a few employees that speak Spanish and English I’ve been there five times over the last 3 months and each time I order was precise by order was hot fresh and delicious
