We went there today with our two toddlers and 9 year old. To use a gift card my 9 year old got for her birthday! We got ice cream there were no tables inside. I had not paid attention and assumed maybe they had their tables outside we walked outside with our ice cream to sit and there were no tables. My 3 year old already has difficulty navigating eating ice cream as he has autism. He needs to sit at a table but besides that why would you serve ice cream and not have a table to eat it at are they expecting people to take it home? We live 30 min away and so the ice cream was melted by the time we made it home and then if still coildnt be eaten. We will not be back. We will ensure next time we go to eat ice cream somewhere we make sure we they have tables though I’m sure the other places will laugh when I call to say hey do you have tables to eat at. Seems normal to have tables to eat ice cream at but ♀️. We will never be back.

Big fan of the ice cream, not a fan of the service. We did not feel welcome and felt rushed despite being the only customers. I’m not sure why we were treated in this manner. Will not be coming back

Went in to get my kids ice cream. We told the guy that was helping us that our son has a severe allergy to peanut. Normally the protocol is that they will get a new batch in the back away from possible cross contamination. All this guy did was take the spoons and rinse with hot water and continue to get the ice cream where it was possibly crossed contaminated with the other flavors. He didn’t take us seriously as he saw rinsing with hot water is good enough. We didn’t feel right because there was a lack of knowledge on how to handle people with allergies so we left the store. .Every employee should be trained on how to accommodate people with allergens.

I went to this location on Saturday just to treat myself with some ice-cream. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! The teens running this place is beyond disgrace, full of attitude, disrespect and I do think they are price gouging for ice-cream at this location. Also, God forbid if you ask them for something small like hot fudge as extra, they charge you an inflated fee for an add when you have already spent $15.00 on an ice-cream. I have been to this location 2 times and I will not be returning for sure.

Cold boasts delicious ice cream, but unfortunately, my visit was marred by inattentive and unhelpful service. The staff displayed a complete lack of enthusiasm, and any attempt to inquire about the flavors was met with short, unhelpful responses.
For an ice cream shop, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere is crucial. In this case, the staff’s indifference significantly impacted my experience. If you’re looking for friendly service alongside your ice cream, cold stone might not be the best choice.

One of the worst cold stone location in town, avoid at all cost. We ordered chocolate devotion “ours” size to take home. The guy took disproportionate ingredients to make it and then he makes only 3/4th of the box ice cream and then put chocolate ice cream on top 1/4th portion. Worst experience ever.

Had a reward in my account so I came to this location to use it! The guy working said he couldn’t find my reward even though I pulled up my app and showed him the reward. Instead of honoring it, he took back the icecream and told me to come back tomorrow. Weird customer service.

Went to get ice cream at 8:35. They didn’t have any add ins other than Oreos. Customer service was terrible they refused to make ice cream at 8:50 because they closed soon. “Ran out of milk” for milkshakes right when they got to us in line and refused to do smoothies. Way overpriced food even though they have none and absolutely awful customer service.

I appreciate the reviews I’ve been reading.I see many of them are very recent and the service seems ABSOLUTELY INEXCUSABLE!!!! I haven’t been to this one but now as I see ALL these NUMEROUS ONE-STAR reviews, I will not be going to this joint and would like to take a moment to give whoever owns it,a little friendly advice; you may wish to move this one to another location and stop using the job-placement service to hire employees,and instead,take the time to screen the people you hire or else close up shop

I always try 2 or 3 flavors before I can decide on which 2 flavor of scoops I want that day. The girl at this shop refused to let me try more than one scoop! It was terrible customer service. Then she relented as my hubby was also with me. So she insisted we can try only one spoon per person!!
