Las Brasas Mexican Restaurant is one of my favorite local places! Their reasonably priced menu offers a variety of mouthwatering options, but my absolute go-to is their shrimp tacos. The flavors are outstanding, and the portion sizes are satisfying. Whether dining in or taking out, Las Brasas never disappoints. A must-visit for amazing Mexican cuisine in the local area!

So glad we found this Mexican restaurant! Coming from California to Wisconsin for vacation every year we always start to crave good Mexican food. Last year we tried the restaurant in Ripon called Aromas and was extremely let down with the quality and flavors of their food so our expectations of finding good authentic Mexican food here were slim. BUT with that being said after trying Las Brasas we were blown away, they exceeded all our expectations and was the best experience eating Mexican food in Wisconsin. From the friendly staff, outstanding service, excellent environment, great menu choices, affordable prices, authentic flavors and generous portions our whole family was delighted and wanting more. I highly recommend their carne asada tacos, Jalisco plate, spicy shrimp, guac and chips just to name a few! You can tell these people know how to prepare quality dishes that you will love. This will forever be our go to spot when visiting! This little gem is hands down the best authentic Mexican food you will find here in the area. 10 out of 10!

Sat at the bar top! Fabulous service by the owners daughter! Caring, fun and enjoyed our conversation. She recommended the burrito with 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak with jalapeños and hot sauce. Delicious food. I wish the beans and cheese sauce was a bit thicker. The rice was perfect! Happy hour is M-TH 3p-6p and prices were perfect to attract many visitors. Decent food, great drinks, they do have vegetarian options but there’s only a few and they pretty much only consist of cheese and beans as far as variation goes. If you eat meat, you’ll find lots of yummy options here.
