So, I love jelly donuts from dd, but over the years I absolutely dread going in to any dunkin bc my personal experience w their service is just simply up there w the absolute worst.. dunkin and Starbucks, to be exact.
Today I came across one of the single best customer service professionals of my life here at ooltewah dd, and I totally didn’t get his name. The guy stands out tho, and long before you notice the ink covering 90% of his showing skin, you get hit w one of the kindest and most wholesome smiles I’ve had at 7am in a v long time .
Thank you brother, for working lame hours for awful pay and still making your customers feel better for having had the privilege of being served by you.

Came today to order a drink with no ice. I was told that I’m not allowed to get drinks with no ice. So I made sure I heard that correctly so I repeated what was just told to me. “So you’re your telling me that I can not spend my money here and get a drink with no ice? I even suggested to give me less of the drink and the girl was very dismissive of my request and declined to give me a drink with no ice. This is the only location that has said this for my request of no ice.

Absolutely horrible. I have been to this location several times and it gets worse each time. They never seem to have bagels or muffins on hand. The coffee is borderline not drinkable. Today I decided to give them one last chance, as this location is on my way home and I desperately want them to get it together. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam to keep my order as simple as possible. The coffee tastes like it’s from yesterday and has been burnt. And the “cold foam” is a chunky scoop of whip cream. Unbelievable. I won’t be back.

Food order was not even close to correct, the hot drinks came out iced, we had to ask for napkins and everyone there seemed like they were angry and acted like it was an inconvenience to fix anything. There’s also some kind of odor coming from around the front register area. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Maybe they just need better management, but something should probably improve if they want to keep customers

This Dunkin is just ridiculous. I always get an extra piece of sausage on my breakfast sandwich, which I get charged for. MOST of the time, I have to go back to get it because they didn’t put it on there. The virtual assistant (which I know they don’t have control over) has been down for MONTHS so I can’t even try to get a refund. You try emailing them and they never respond. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this Dunkin!

This is easily the most disappointing Dunkin’ location in the area. Every visit has left me underwhelmed, particularly with the quality of the drinks with the coffee and tea both being 95% water. As others have noted, the service and consistency seem to be getting worse over time. I only stop here out of convenience when I’m nearby, but I strongly prefer the location on Jenkins Rd in Chattanooga. It’s clear that this franchise needs new management—someone who genuinely cares about maintaining standards and running a quality business. It’s honestly surprising that this location is still open, likely just surviving on foot traffic from people passing through.

Stopped in on 09JUN24. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The Cocoa mocha signature latte was fantastic but the everything bagel bites could have been cooked a little bit longer. Donuts were well stocked and Bathrooms were clean.

Coffee is the same quality as our shop back home. The atmosphere was a little uncomfortable because of the attitude of the employee who was having a difficult day. Hopefully, it was a one-time thing.

UPDATE: this morning I got the donut in a box instead of a huge bag. Doesn’t matter. They still just throw it in and it makes a mess. Never have this problem at any other DD.
I go to the Ooltewah DD on Hunter Rd 4-5 times a week ONLY because of the location. The cashier, Devin, is horribly rude! But the girl, Hannah, is awesome!!
The coffee is not consistent. If you get a donut with chocolate on top you’ll have a mess in a bag! They just throw it in a huge bag and good luck getting it out without getting chocolate all over you. It seems more times than not anymore that the chocolate is melting before putting it in the bag!
They have messed up my food numerous times! Which is why I check before driving off now. Twice I got hot water in a cup instead of coffee!
I continue to go there only because it’s close to me. I just wish they would not allow Devin to interact with customers and I wish they would put donuts in a container and not a huge bag.
