Got the caramel apple iced latte not only did they mess it up and forgot all the toppings. I even asked it it was a sweet or strong coffee flavor and they said it was mild .. it tasted like burnt coffee water, worse coffee ever. Would much rather go to Tim hortons in flat rock the guy might hate his life but atleast he can make a good coffee.

I come here every morning. Its a little more pricey that the Flat Rock location but the service is faster and my order is always right. Natalie and the other girls that work here make it the best location downriver. Super friendly, super fast. They always remember your name and order.

This is by far the worst tim Horton around, every time I go here they mess up something….
So today, I go through drive thru, order 2 turkey bacon club sandwiches, I get home, there’s no bacon on either sandwich and the bread on one of them is burnt!
Tried to call them to let a manager know but of course they NEVER answer their phone, they need to shut this location down…
Get it together Tim Horton… For the amount of money you charge for these sandwiches, you could at least get them right!!!

I stopped inside last week with my family for coffee and donuts. The drive thru was busy. We waited a few minutes but then the nicest lady came to take our order. It is nice to see someone smiling at work even when busy. Thank you!

This location sucks. I only go here because it’s on my way to work. However, every single employee acts like they hate the world and they cannot get an order correct. I asked for an everything bagel double toasted with extra butter, today I got a barely toasted bagel with cream cheese applied in the most sloppy way. The other times I’ve placed the same order? The bagel is hardly toasted with little to no butter and on the days they do put extra butter, it’s on the outside of the sleeve hidden where they fold it and by the time I notice, it’s already seeping into the seat of my car or on my clothes. This place is a joke.

Today I got a French vanilla latte. Basically slightly flavored warm water. Previous times ive gotten ice capps with a shot of espresso and it’s pretty much burned coffee over water, no sweetness or creaminess to it at all. This location used to be one of the best and now it’s one of the worst.
