Absolutely incredible service! This was our first visit, and despite a huge rush right before us, Danielle went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. She was so sweet and apologetic that our sandwiches took a tiny bit longer—honestly, it wasn’t long at all, but her attention and care really showed how impeccable their service is.
After we finished our meal, Danielle even came to our table and surprised us with house-made cookies. That kind of thoughtfulness is what turns first-time customers into lifelong ones. We truly felt like friends and family, not just customers.

Huge thanks to Danielle and also to Cody for being part of such a great team. The sandwiches, salad, and cookies were fantastic, and the service was even better. We’ll definitely be continuous customers from here on out!

I manage the Carhartt store downtown. A customer and I were talking about how we love to support local and love mom and pop type places. She recommended this place to me so I went and got lunch there today! Turkey Pesto special WOW! In addition their shop has a wide selection of grab and go as well. I got to meet Cody and Danielle! They were awesome and super friendly. I’m glad I discovered the place

This is a quaint little sandwich and drink stand in the Paulsen building. I’ve been there a few times just to grab a snack and drink and it’s always been fine. But earlier today I decided to get a sandwich. I normally wouldn’t spend much money at all on a grilled cheese, but I decided to give it a try. By far the best grilled cheese sandwich ever! I watched the guy grill it. Super tasty. And my colleague got another sandwich and couldn’t stop raving about it. Definitely the best sandwich shop in downtown!!

Food quality is above and beyond! The owners never fail to deliver the best experience and best food with the friendliest smiles. Great for grab & go and specialty made food. The Hawaiian sandwich is my all time favorite. Best spot in town.

Great place for coffee and something sweet but skip breakfast. Great people and coffee but the breakfast scramble was just fair. If you are looking for a good breakfast keep looking.

If I could give The Daily Grind more than 5 stars, I would. This place is next-level. The owners are insanely talented — like, spooky-good. It’s as if they were born with a sixth sense for food and drink creation. Every time I visit, there’s something new and brilliant on the menu, and every single thing is a hit. I’m constantly blown away by the creativity and flavor they pack into their daily specials. You can tell they pour their whole hearts into this place — they’re not just hardworking, they’re inspired. It’s rare to find a spot where the people, the atmosphere, and the food all hit 10/10 every time.

Run, don’t walk. And then come back the next day, because something even more amazing will be waiting for you.

Daily Grind Coffee Shop is a my favorite stop in Downtown Spokane.
The breakfast sandwiches are always fresh, flavorful, and just the right start to your day. Pair one with their expertly crafted lattes, and you’re in for a real treat—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced every time. The weekly specials are always worth trying.

The lunch sandwiches are just as impressive, packed with quality ingredients and made with care. Whether you’re in for breakfast or lunch, the food here never disappoints.

What really sets Daily Grind apart, though, are the owners. They’re incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. Their warmth and dedication create a welcoming environment that makes you feel right at home. If you’re looking for a spot with great food, excellent coffee, and a personal touch, Daily Grind is the place to go.

The reason I’m giving one star is because I have been here. A few times and their coffee seems, okay. Today I ordered a sugar-free vanilla latte. Obviously I should have tasted it before. I left was not sugar-free.
And tasted lukewarm, I’ve never had this problem before.

I came here with my fiancé, and we both had the egg scramble and their biscuits and gravy. The food was fresh. The fresh that you can taste the food came out fast. The taste of the food was incredible. You can tell that they use fresh products. It was just a great experience. Overall we both give it two thumbs up by the way the biscuits and gravy, we shared and we still had leftovers. Cody at the front was amazing he brung out our food brought us our juice was just overall an amazing person. This will be part of our eating out routine once a week

I work in the same building as the daily grind and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been in to get a coffee or lunch. The owners are always so friendly and have a great selection of good. Their turkey club wrap and the summer chef salad or hopped up salads are consistent purchases. Their specials even have me getting extra at times to bring some home to my husband for dinner, so this is great place to go for a pick-me-up that’s near your work if you’re in the area.
