I am the same customer who had given this restaurant a 5 star rating couple of months ago. Been here at least 10 or 20 times . But they have completely disappointed me today.It’s a disappointment to the food industry itself. How some restaurants like this try to save a couple of dollars by serving left over food for the next day. I visited the store around 11:30 am. They served me a stale pizza slice clearly made the previous day . Couldn’t even bite into it. Chewing it is out of question. It was a slice of penne alla vodka pizza. I had the same slice from them multiple times and always loved it. But today was so bad , hard as a rock, stale, the penne on it were so dry and were not chewable and hence not even edible because of them serving me the previous day’s pizza. Why do you do this? Why do you want to lose a returning customer for a couple slices ? I really don’t understand. When i confronted them about it. The clerk said she doesn’t know when it was made because she was apparently not present in the morning and gave a refund when i asked. The cook who actually served me was making pizzas said it’s not from today, but it’s lying on the platform there. He also rudely said “so what?” .

Wow didn’t expect such an amazing turn out! The food was all superb! Loved everything! I knew it was going to be good when the Caesar salad dressing is made in house!! Will be back! Host/waitress did a great job handling a lot of customers at once and I can see why that door is always opening. Thank you!

My work ordered lunch for delivery today. I ordered the Taco Salad. It was interesting they serve it with Chicken. They also include cherry tomatoes and cucumbers which I thought was unusual. The avocado was appreciated as well as the cheese and homemade taco shell bowl. The salad comes with Chipotle Ranch which was good. I am just not used to seeing basically a salad with chicken added in a taco bowl with cheddar cheese and taco seasoning. I would prefer to see some diced tomatoes, corn and black beans in the salad. Just an interesting take on the taco salad that could be improved upon in my opinion. It wasn’t bad just not what I was expecting.

Had a few prior bad experiences with the service but the food was good so I thought I’d give them another shot. Had another terrible experience so I’ve decided that I’ll no longer use this establishment. I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient bite to eat. It shouldn’t take almost 2 hours to deliver food to a house less than 10 minutes from the location.

Let me start out with I’m from California live in arkansas and been looking for real pizza and let me tell you this is the place . I had a slice of almost everyrhing lol and the buffalo and Philly cheesesteak pizza went beyond in satisfying my taste buds the garlic knots just married my soul and let me get started on the people this lady took care of my hunger and made me feel like I was at family’s house very friendly and professional I hope to pass through here again

I’ve been ordering from this place for years! I called today, ordered 3 hoagies & 2 orders of fries. The total was $64!!!!!!! ARE THEY CRAZY!!!! 50 plus PERCENT INCREASE ON FOOD ITEMS IS UNREAL!!!!! I called back to cancel the order and was told by the staff member how embarrassed they were to mention the price. She said all food items went up $3 dollars!!!!! That’s robbery!!!! On to a more sensible place! Moreover, This was a pick up order! Can’t imagine adding a delivery charge!
