Forgot to leave this Review eariler, but I wanted to give a shout out to the night crew at this location. Everyone on Staff was so awesome and I was able to place my order without any issue. I forgot the managers name but he was very chill and handed me my order on time. The store is always kept clean, and it might be the best one out here. Definitely going to bring my car crew here.

Went to grab lunch for my colleagues and got my ordered place and didnt have to wait long tho it was busy. Staff was easy to talk too including the manager. He made sure my order was complete and was very helpful. I give props to him. Name tag said Xabian, so I wanna give that shout out to him for making sure my food was out on time for me to leave.

This location is lacking customer service skills. They are very rude and not helpful. There is always employees on the side of the building smoking cigarettes not far from the entrance door. The answer always given from them is call customer service and they can help you. There is always something left out of my orders or they never received the order whenever I have the receipt and proof it was ordered. This location definitely needs a stronger leader to help guide these employees.

I’d give this franchise 6 stars if I could. I’ve eaten at all manner of Popeyes around, but I can COMFORTABLY say this is the only one that is as quick, efficient, or accurate among them. The people running this place do an excellent job. The only Popeyes that consistently gives me my food before I get my card back and it’s never wrong.

This Popeyes was very dirty and had bugs flying around and one dead on the floor. None of the tables were clean. We had to wipe off our own table with napkins. The trash was over flowing in the garbage cans and in the time I was sitting eating my food, which by the way was not what I ordered, 3 employees walked by and did not take it out. All three of our orders were wrong and when we walked up there to talk to someone about nobody talked to us for at least 5 minutes. Finally the manager came up and she was able to help get our orders straight. It was not a good experience. I will not be going back.

Was a quick roadside stop during a travel day. It was okay and not blown away. I did Surf & Turf and had two (3) tail nubs instead of shrimp. Cajun Rice was alright. 2 piece chicken meals for family were a bit cheated with small drumstick (like a chicken wing size). So, it did it’s job by filling an empty space. New employee, Mya, and her effervescent personality was the highlight.
