Every time I go through the drive-thru, I’m greeted right away and asked what I’d like to order. I usually get the $5 breakfast meal—you really can’t beat the price. The staff is very nice, and the girl at the window is always pleasant when I go to pay. I also appreciate that I hardly ever have to wait long. Overall, it’s a good experience every time.

I drove well out of my way because every source online indicated this location was open. When I arrived, it was actually closed — but that wasn’t immediately obvious.
About 20 cars were stuck in the drive-thru for roughly 30 minutes before it became clear what was happening. Each car slowly made it to the window, discovered the store was closed, and then exited. Because the drive-thru exit is partially obscured, it created the illusion that the line was moving normally — just very slowly, which felt understandable given the holiday.
I didn’t want to call and be pushy or rude, so I waited patiently, assuming the delay was holiday-related. Unfortunately, the real issue was simply inaccurate hours.
Details matter. If you’re closed, update your hours. This could have been avoided for everyone involved.

Advise you look for a different branch during the morning hours because it always seems that there’s only one person on shift. As a consequence, you’re left waiting to order for five minutes without any indication from the store, then by the time you get up to the second window nothing is ready and you have to wait another 5 minutes at the pick ups. Contrast this with the branch location near the freeway and the whole loop even during the rush-hour takes less than five minutes.

I work in the community area and stop in today and had a great experience with Aaron, he was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout my lunch break . He took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made the whole process easy and stress-free. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend! He even stop back by the table to make sure everything came out perfectly.

Absolute worst McDonalds I think I’ve ever been to. All management there is extremely incompetent and the way they treat their staff is truly disgusting. The General Manager doesn’t know what he’s doing half the time, and the Assistant has the worst attitude I have ever seen and constantly berates the poor staff there. My food was low tier and my service was poor. But the main issue is those two. Whoever owns this place really needs to do some self reflection.

I have to pull off to the side as if I’m at Culver’s waiting on great food everytime im here. Crazy they never have anything made and ready. Only giving three stars because they revamped the play place and as of now its still nice

I never physically go in to order but this place is a hit or miss. You either get your order messed up and you wait forever in drive thru. Or you get everything correct or have a nice person to deal with. You never know. If there was a closer one, then i would go there.

Came through the drive through today and waited more than 20 minutes to get my food. It appeared that an employee either got fired or quit and stormed out and took off in his car. This is unacceptable for a “fast” food joint.

Remodeled and opened about a month ago. No more playground or anything for the kids to do. But it is super clean and spacious. You can ask for Crayons and a book to color. The couch lounge area is very big and nice. Comfortable and clean. Great place to meet someone
