When we looked up “best quesadilla in Westchester” and Don Chuy’s showed up, we took the 10 mile drive to find out.
This casual eat-in establishment served up plate-licking good Mexican street foods. The Tako bowl with shrimp was prepared with fresh spring mix [romaine, spinach, arugula] quartered tomatoes, roasted corn and bean mix, and that perfectly seasoned warm shrimp – of which they were Not skimpy with the shrimp. The Tako bowl itself was warm, flakly and crispy. My partner had the steak quesadilla with a side of warm Mexican street corn, and sweet, firm maduros. The churros were warm and crispy to the bite with a soft doughy inside. The chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream complement them perfectly. Overall, it was a 5-finger licking good experience. PS they serve Mexican sodas and drinks
The staff were pleasant, and whoever was at the stove, kudos to the Cook! The venue was clean, and organized. My partner is disable and we did not encounter any issues entering the restaurant with his rollator. However, getting to the restroom may be challenge with a wheelchair because there is a narrow passby before the restroom door.

First time eating here and the food was excellent! Had the steak tacos plate. They came with rice and beans and a salsa on the side. Everything was delicious and the portions are great! No skimping on the meat! We also had the guacamole which was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to go back!

The food is great. The service is awesome. The staff friendly. The restaurant is nice and clean. We tried the Carne Asada the steak tacos with the rice and beans and chips with guacamole. The tacos came with a tomatillo sauce. That was excellent. The tacos were packed meat and topped with pico de gallo again everything was excellent. We ended up bringing home some pico and chips.

The food was absolutely delicious! The Birria Tacos were full of flavor and juicy! The fresh chips with guac and salsa was so good! A lot of options and really good prices. The horchata was delicious and refreshing. Staff is super friendly and attentive. The space is clean and organized. The take out line was busy and I totally get it, the food is great! We decided to stop in after reading all the glowing reviews and let me tell you, they were spot on. The food here is absolutely phenomenal. Our server, Junior, was incredibly attentive and knew the menu inside and out. The guac was freshly made in-house and they customized the spice level just for us, which was such a nice touch. The corn? AMAZING. Perfectly balanced with cheese and tajín. The fried plantains were another standout and made for the perfect starter.My friend ordered a vegan rice bowl and she was basically speechless between bites. I went for the chorizo burrito, and it was packed with flavor from the first bite to the last.And even though we were stuffed, we couldn’t resist dessert. The Tres Leches was next level, super moist and full of flavor and the churros were perfectly crisp and unbelievably good.
On top of all that, the service matched the quality of the food, which is saying a lot. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re thinking about going,just go.

We go every Monday before Music class. Great place to pop in and get a quick order. The quesadillas are great! Chicken and steak are fantastic, and they come with rice and beans.
The chips and guacamole are nice and fresh, with the chips made in house.
And friendly staff makes this a great place to swing by and grab a quick bite.

Food is amazing! Very fresh, flavorful and so tasty. I loved that the options tasted light and healthy. Service was amazing as well and the atmosphere just felt great. After a day at the beach , coming here for a quick bite was the perfect choice. Would 1000% come back.

Love this place! I’ve been here a few times now and it’s been excellent food and service every time. I start with a classic guac and chips and the Birria tacos are my go to. It’s a nice, calm spot right in town. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be coming back soon!
