I’m very disappointed with my experience on October 18th around 4:30 PM. I was excited to return since I used to visit this location often growing up, and it was always my favorite fast-food spot. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I politely told the employee I needed a moment to decide, but she rushed me and acted as if she couldn’t hear me. I felt uncomfortable and ended up ordering quickly just to avoid further frustration. When I mentioned at the window that she was being rude, she brushed it off by saying she couldn’t hear me. To make things worse, my fries portion was very small. It’s disappointing to see how much the customer service has changed from the friendly and welcoming experience I remember.

I really enjoy this Wienerschnitzel. I always order the chili cheese dog and chili cheese fries. Both are so simple but are absolutely delicious! And the ladies working there around lunch time (that’s when I go there) are always super nice and quick to get me my order.

A centrally located hot dogs and more this place is great, great vibe great employees everything was great exceptional work from Raymond, the food came out quick and with no errors whatsoever, we had 18 mini corn dogs, a chili dog and a cheese dog and a Chicago, which was the best in my opinion, absolutely the place to get your midnight munchies.

Best customer service I’ve had with a fast food spot. Chili dog was hot and fresh . Bun was so soft. Would definitely go back for my chili dog craving. Chili fries are not so great . Why is it got 4 stars. The fries seem to be old not fresh.

06/20/2022. Friendly service but when I ate my first chili dog, an hour later I felt dizzy and lightheaded then by the time I got home, I vomited three times. So then I decided to check the other chili dog and sure enough it’s different colors and spoiled. I called the survey and left my review and also called this store and the clerk first said management is outside then I told him the incident and he says oh no we only the fresh food and should have brought it back immediately but you can call back tomorrow morning to speak with a manager. After I left dentist I got the food at 3:15 went to Kaiser and ate chili dog at 3:40 I did not get sick until 4:45 at home! Now I’m not going to fight 6 o’clock traffic still vomiting and drive 5 miles ONLY to probably get into an argument over wieners ! That is why I called in! I’m dissatisfied!

I ordered a junkyard hot dog but they gave me a chili hot dog of unknown origin. I didn’t have time to complain. The staff was unprofessional.
