My employer hosted a company Summer Outing with 40 people on Lake Ossipee. We worked directly with Rob to come up with a menu that fit our needs, dietary restrictions etc. Rob was super easy to work with, very accommodating and conveniently located to where we hosted our event. The food was great and we would definitely order from here in the future should we have more events in NH.

We hosted a bachelor party at our lake house on Ossipee Lake last weekend. I worked with Rob to develop a menu and feed 12 guys. The food was absolutely fantastic and the guys were all highly impressed. The food was hot and ready at the agreed upon time. Rob always says order ahead and get what you want! We followed Rob’s recommendations and could not have been happier. Thanks again Rob and Co.! We will be back again for more.

If you don’t like this gentleman’s food, I suggest you do not give it an honest review as this man will degrade and talk down to you in the reviews. It is pretty sad that a grown man can not take criticism. My husband really enjoyed the meat and said that in his review. The only negative thing he said was that he was not a fan of the Mac and cheese. I tried all of his lunch (Being from the heart of KC BBQ, I have had my fair share of amazing BBQ and this isn’t it.) The meat in my opinion was a little dry, the cornbread looked and tasted store bought and the Mac and Cheese was so dry and bland it should be called Mac&Cheeseless. Although we were planning on visiting this food truck again, because of his horrible attitude and overall lack of respect for his customers we will continue driving by.

This place is awesome! Everything was delicious, and possibly the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. Great roadside stop, picnic tables are perfect to enjoy your meal.

I’ve had BBQ across the country, and this is hands down the best I’ve come across. Funny enough, small trailer type stands on the side of the road always have the best BBQ – but this one takes the cake. Ribs were tender and perfectly seasoned, brisket wasn’t tough or dry, the smoked mac and cheese was 10/10. We spoke with the owner for a while and he gave us a rundown of his process. Don’t hesitate to eat here, you won’t regret it.

I am from out of town and drove by this place on the way to my destination. Upon my arrival, I said what should we do for lunch? The answer was Backwoods BBQ. The owners were real friendly and gave us some samples of the merchandise as we waited for our orders. Great food! Definitely stop by and grab some good stuff. They also do pay it forward meals if you are so inclined.

Our hotel suggested this restaurant to us and we are so glad that they did. The special bbq pork egg rolls were awesome. Homemade Mac n cheese was almost addictive. We got the #1 Dinner and it was more than enough for mom and dad. The drinks were really good also, and the food and drinks came out very fast. Our Server, Mary, was just amazing. Out of 10 I’d give this place a solid 20 and the addition 10 points was solely on Mary’s shoulders. If you’re at King Pine or just passing through I would highly suggest stopping in. You won’t be disappointed.
