Back to Lombardi’s for our second visit. The food is fabulous here. Our server, Josh, was great, attentive, and made great suggestions. We were struggling what to order because there were so many delicious choices. We settled on the lamb meatballs and the lasagna with béchamel sauce. We loved both dishes immensely! Large portions too!!
My only complaint is the restaurant could use some decor / ambience lighting/ soft music to enhance the experience. The food is sooo good. We started with a manhattan (yum) and enjoyed our meal with a glass of Chianti and a glass of Cabernet. We will recommend this place to others and keep coming back. Cheers! We had no room for dessert sadly.

Relatively four stars. Good across the board but not great especially when you’ve been around to great Italian restaurants. Waiter seemed to be relatively new ish just by way of interaction. A few slight tweaks to his approach would have seen his tip increase by a good margin. Appearance and aesthetic of the restaurant was great, but quality of food not so much. Chicken parmigiana was soggy and the portion of pasta was measly.

In general it’s a nice restaurant in a nice area. Service was just ok. I was seated immediately but that’s as fast as the service was. After being sat down it took 15 minutes for a waitress to come check on me to start service and the restaurant wasnt packed. My order also took longer than desired to come out.
I had the grilled salmon which I found the presentation was good but the taste was just ok… not $35 dollars good..Just ok.. for a 35 dollar plate I should’ve had an explosion of flavor in my mouth which wasnt the case.
I couldn’t finish the Lombardi coffee as it had too much Amaretto on it and it was just overpowering everything.
When I left not one single manager or hostess said goodbye or thanks for coming. They looked “too busy” and the place wasn’t even packed. There was Zero wait time.
Oh yeah! And they dont leave the “tip” completely up to you, they add a 4% automatic “service fee” so I discounted that 4% from my tip which was still generous for the type of service.

This was my first visit to Lombardi’s and the experience exceeded all expectations. The menu is quite varied and there is something to please everyone. Each person in our party ordered different entrees and all raved about their meals. The food was fresh, hot and flavorful with generous portions. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very professional. They provided exceptional service. The decor is very pleasant with plenty of seating indoors and outside with a lovely view of the marina. Lombardi’s is a perfect place for a romantic evening or special occasion or just to enjoy drinks or a meal with family or friends. I highly recommend Lombardi’s.

We’ve been coming here since they opened….the first day actually…and have not been disappointed (except one bottle of bubbly, which was an ordering fault of ours). I almost always get the steak salad – divine – and my sweetie is more adventurous. The pizzas are a great choice for sharing, and the pasta (shout out to butternut) is lovely. We go for birthdays, anniversary celebrations, and I often go for girlfriend lunches. Not stuffy/fancy, but reliably festive. It is “our” place and it will be until further notice.

You can taste how fresh the food is! The drinks were super delicious. We loved the table bread with soft pieces of garlic. The service was great! It was our first time, we’ll definitely be back!

Enjoyed the chicken marsala and puttanesca immensely for our entrees. The clam chowder was not bad for a restaurant with primarily Italian fare. The bruschetta was fantastic. The sunsets are lovely.

My first visit to Lombardis was an absolute delight! I was particularly fond of the tortellini Gorgonzola. The ambiance was elegant and romantic, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.
