Had been craving Mexican all day.. decided to check out this location (Grove City). Walked in no wait, was seated but no introduction from waiter. Waiter was nice but didn’t explain any specials or ask what we were in the mood for. Something other than a smile.
We ordered house margaritas which I will have to say were flavorless. They didn’t match when served one was a darker than the other tasted watered down. They just lacked flavor.
As presented we ordered al la carte which was taco with just cheese and a chicken burrito which was both devoured. Chefs kiss to that. Will I be back…..TBD

I ordered the Taco Bar for a party yesterday and we were missing the chicken and beef. The staff called us immediately and offered to deliver the food personally so we didn’t have to come back to the store. The missing food arrived only minutes after we did. The food was still hot and delicious (as always!) and we were also given a gift card. That was THE BEST service I’ve ever gotten and I was so thankful to them!! Mistakes happen but they didn’t hesitate to make it right. Great staff and great food!! 5 stars all day

Our first time trying el vaquero in Grove city. We started off with two lime margaritas. It was very good and you could actually taste a tad bit of alchohol. Sadly something happened with our food receipt to the kitchen, causing us to have to wait over 30 minutes for our food as we watch families come in after us and leave before us. Right before I say something (I think it was a manager because we haven’t seen our server) they acknowledge how long we were waiting and immediately expedited the kitchen. She admitted the paper didn’t print or something happened and she would take care of it and get us a discount. We received the kids meal free… $6.99. which is cool but we spent an hour and a half here, when we should’ve stayed no longer than a hour. My daughter’s quesadilla was a pretty big size and she ate it all. I had ordered the Cochinita Pibil, the pork was very tender and pleasing, yellow rice was fluffy and delish. Refried beans were bland but the Pico de Gallo was really good. This is a pretty establishment, in the busy area of Grove city. My food was okay, but I feel as if we should have gotten more than $7 off our meal. First time experience leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Marielva was our server, she was fantastic. Very speedy!!! Food was incredible, actually better than my hometown’s El Vaqueros! We sat down 5:45pm and had our food by 6:05pm. 20 mins! That’s insane service guys! Can’t beat this place.
I ordered a virgin strawberry daiquiri, chips with queso,(the best I’ve ever had to date! Not joking!) and the #157 Vegetable Quesadilla. Both were incredible and all is pictured with this review! Definitely raised the standards for me. Will be back again!

Food was not good. Not only for myself but everyone in my party. No wait when a neighboring restaurant had a 2 hour wait should have been a clear sign. From out of town celebrating a birthday, multiple groups driving 2+ hours each to meet. Staff was friendly, service okay but food had flavor or the texture was odd and looked bad wouldn’t chance it to eat. Basically we only ate chips and queso (which was very good).

Dinner was pretty good, service was fast and quick. But I wonder if the food was already pre-made. But overall dinner was decent.

12 piece shrimp was a bit expensive for $24. Plus $2.99 gratuity charges for carry out. But I wanted to try you guys and see if I would come back. I had to add shrimp to my order but I was very satisfied with the amount of of sauce you gave me. I was a little disappointed that when I ask for Jalapeño
It was canned not fresh. No one

We chose this location due to proximity to our hotel. Service was fast and friendly. Seated immediately on a Saturday evening. Huge menu, but the food was just okay. My taco was only meat, and lettuce and quesadilla was just meat and queso. Had to ask for sour cream. They were very sweet and brought my daughter a lovely ice cream desert as well as sang for her birthday.

Update: Once again the food was fantastic and the whole staff is even better! Be kind to the servers and staff it goes a long way! 🙂
We got the fish tacos, chimichanga Supreme and fajita quesadilla and they were all very delicious and filling. Our server was very nice and fast to take our orders and bring our food, also made us a fresh batch of tea. Bathrooms and tables were clean and well stocked.
