I just discovered this hidden gem when I went in for lunch on Friday. The menu was limited, but everything I ordered or saw come out looked absolutely delicious. The salmon was perfectly cooked. I can’t believe the quality of the food and at such a reasonable price. I’m so happy to find a place this good in Topeka. It’s in a historic building has great ambiance. Luis’ has a speak-easy vibe and a full bar. It’s a small place so dinner is by reservation only. I can’t wait to go back.

This place is a true Topeka gem. My wife and I have been here three times now and the food and service are always on point! Great intimate atmosphere with delicious food and drinks. This last time however, the Advisor’s Excel bro group was in full swing. They completely ruined the atmosphere and vibe of the place. They were very loud and boisterous and drunk. They made a nice quiet romantic restaurant into a douchey bro sports bar without any care for anyone except themselves. Our waitress was very accommodating and kept apologizing even though it was most definitely not ANY of the staff’s fault and they were wonderful. We will definitely be back for more date nights and can’t wait for more amazing food from Chef Luis Thank you all so much and keep up the amazing work!

Amazing food, excellent service. Went for lunch and got to try 3 different menu items. The salmon, cuban sandwich and fried chicken were all wonderful. The salad was fresh and the cookies were soft. Friendly portions. Very highly recommended. Great place for a date.

How do I make “wow” sound more like “WOW!!!”?? First timers are by personal reservation ONLY. This isn’t your average catering. not everyone delves into the art of service. The hostess really knows wine and her assistant was EXCELLENT. The food was so beautiful, I forgot about my camera!! This place doesn’t disappoint.

We had given up hope of ever finding a good breakfast in Topeka, then we found this place! The food was amazing, and Minda, our server, took excellent care of us. The biscuits and green chili gravy were so delicious. The Venezuelan breakfast was incredible! We will be back! Can’t wait to try lunch and dinner!
