We started the night with a warm greeting by the host/waiter and a glass of prosecco on the house. He recommended us a good white wine and was very happy to answer any questions we had. The atmosphere was great with some jazz music playing in the background. The place was very nice, clean, and intimate – perfect for a romantic dinner. The food was exceptional. We had the octopus for appetizer, fresh sea bass (baked) as main course, and a special tiramisu and lemon cake for dessert. We we’re also offered meloncello on the house at the end. Everything was delicious, we had a great time and we’ll definitely come back! We totally recommend it.

What a delightful restaurant! We arrived disgruntled from the bad traffic but left with a spring to our steps. The starters of fried anchovies and baby squids was wonderfully light. Slightly oversalted but the batter was very light and the wedge of lemon completed the perfect marriage of salt and acid. The bed of fresh greens it came on was perfectly crisp and fresh. Thank you so much for simply executed and fresh food! This came after a very good roll with nice rise and texture with a good olive oil dip and complimentary Prosecco. We had high expectations after this overture and we were not disappointed. Our dishes of steak with aglio olio (off-menu thank you to owner), tentacles of octopus on greens, seafood pasta (Joseph signature) and spaghetti vongole were all faultless. Special shout out to the pulpo which was nicely charred and the wonderful rabe with capers and olives. The pastas were perfectly al dente and most importantly all seafoods were fresh. Though the dishes were slightly on the well-salted side, the crisp white wine tempered this. The espresso was hot and strong and with the bill, the round of limoncello to complete was perfection. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kudos to the team – you clearly have given thought to how to craft an excellent meal experience.

A beautiful and elegant place with soft jazz music and a calm, relaxing vibe. The service was extremely kind and professional — they even offered a glass of Prosecco at the beginning, which was a lovely touch.
The food is excellent and presented with care, more on the gastronomic side, so portions aren’t very large but everything is well prepared and flavorful. Prices are high, but it’s worth it for the quality and overall experience. The homemade bread was also delicious. A great spot for a quiet and elegant dinner.

We arrived at this restaurant an hour before closing time. We were greeted by the waiter Armando, who simply won over with his cordiality! In addition to the amazingly delicious food, we had a welcome glass of champagne and incredibly delicious buns. The food is beyond all praise, it just melts in your mouth! I highly recommend this place, thank you, Armando!!

What a treat! The host was so welcoming (and spoke great English), making us feel right at home from the start. He walked us through the menu with care, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The homemade fresh bread was amazing, good salt level delicious with just olive oil. The starter — an assortment of fried goodies — was a standout: light, crisp, not a hint of oil, and with that kind of airy crunch that reminded me of a perfect tempura (that’s just my reference point). The tuna steak was spot on, the pasta rich and satisfying, and the portions generous enough to keep any hungry traveler happy. Thanks for such a lovely lunch — we’ll be back if we ever return!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! We had the pistachio coated prawns to start, the mixed seafood linguine and the tuna, tomatoes & rocket. It was all divine, an immense experience for the pallet. The tuna was so fresh it practically melted in my mouth. Armando went out of his way to ensure that we were happy and taken care of. Compliments to the chef! What a wonderful, tasty, warm experience! Definitely will be back!

Review of Joseph’s Restaurant (Naples)
What makes a good restaurant is location and ambiance, food, and service — even Google gets this right, as these are exactly the three things people vote on.
Tonight, my two buddies and I went to Joseph’s for the final dinner of our annual city tour, which took place in Naples this year. Not only were we delighted with the food, but we were even more impressed by Joseph’s warm-hearted hospitality and his remarkable attention to detail.
The highlight came when he noticed our half-empty bottle of white wine had a tiny crack near the top — something we hadn’t even seen! Without hesitation, he replaced it with a new one. Chapeau, Joseph, and thank you for your outstanding hospitality.
As a Turkish guy who truly appreciates genuine kindness and care, I can only give you 10 out of 10!

We had such a wonderful experience at Joseph. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish—especially the gnocchi, fresh bread, wine, and prosecco, which were all outstanding. The atmosphere made it even better. Armando, the owner, was incredibly gracious and attentive and truly made us feel welcome. My friends and I loved every minute of our time here. We’ll definitely be back again soon.
