This was our 1st visit and the food and service was fantastic.
My mother is visiting from Germany and she loves to eat Sushi when she is visiting me. So I try to take her to several different Sushi Restaurants when she is in Town. So far this was her favorite Restaurant. We will be back for sure prior to her leaving.

Hashi Sushi is my go-to when I want solid sushi takeout that’s consistently fresh and well made. The rolls are neatly prepared, balanced in flavor, and use ingredients that taste clean and high quality. Orders are always ready on time, packaged well, and easy to take home without everything falling apart. It’s a dependable local spot when you’re craving sushi without a long wait, and the quality keeps me coming back.

Guys this is the best sushi. I’ve had almost every spot in phoenix and scottsdale. This beats out the popular well known places you might see around. The quality is top tier, the fish taste is excellent and obviously fresh. This is REAL sushi where the sauces don’t overpower the whole thing. It seems like a nice family owned spot. Get out here and support a spot serving up great food.

Really wanted this place to be good. Very friendly staff, but all the sashimi had a very mushy texture. Was not good. Staff said it’s because of time of year (that fish is fattier), but we eat sashimi weekly, and it was all the fish, so pretty confident it’s either: (1) cold chain slip during transport or (2) improper/rapid thaw.

I have fallen in love with this place! No, not for the atmosphere, but wow, on service & friendliness of staff, but mostly for the sushi! Acceptional!! My favorite dish is the Hamachi Carpaccio which is an appetizer. I crave it and go almost every week for this delicacy.

I love this place. I have been here many times already. I’m actually a very picky person about food, especially when it comes to sushi. But sushi in this restaurant is soooo fresh and delicious.

Wow! I almost don’t want to write a review in fear that people will find out about this place, amazing sushi! Fortunately I have maybe three followers so they won’t get flooded by this review. This is the same location as Blue Sushi which was awful. New ownership, a much cleaner look, and infinitely better sushi.
The fish is so fresh I think I saw my O-Toro move. If you like to sweat a little while eating order the Fire Dragon with extra jalapeños. The Albacore Tataki is sensational, the Blushing Geisha is outstanding and the nigiri hamachi belly was absolutely the very best. If you can still eat top that off with a Toro hand roll and extra burned unagi, which was burned to perfection. The team at Hashi are the nicest people, so inviting and accommodating. This is my new favorite sushi bar and only a mile from the house. I highly recommend Hashi! They buy their fish on Monday, Wed, and Friday. Only buy small batches so you get only the best. My only complaint they were out of Uni.
My second visit: Takeout
My wife and I eat a lot of takeout sushi, I wish it were the other way around because sushi is delicate and it’s always better with a seat at the bar, not a table, THE BAR. It’s actually kind of a thing in our family, if dad can’t get a seat at the bar he would rather have takeout. I did not have a menu and I could not find the menu online so I ordered from my previous review. I have to say the service was fantastic and the takeout was very good. You cannot order a takeout hand roll and expect the seaweed to be crisp when you get it home and Hashi’s was no different, but the Toro filling was amazing. The Dragon and Geisha rolls were very, very good. The O’Toro was sick (in a good way). The fish was extremely fresh! If your looking for a great sushi bar with the nicest owners this is the place to go. My daughter is coming to town tonight so we are going to do another takeout order.

My wife and I ordered takeout from Hashi Sushi, and though we weren’t dining in, we ended up sitting down while waiting and the service was absolutely outstanding. The moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and attentive care, turning what could have been a brief wait into a delightful part of the experience.
