Pizzeria DOP is a really good pizza truck, You can really taste the quality in every bite super fresh ingredients, thin crust that’s perfectly chewy with just the right amount of crisp, and flavors that are on point. The vibe is really nice too, cozy but lively, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. If you’re a fan of authentic style pizza, this place is a must. Definitely worth it to go check it out!

The red sauce is excellent, but after that its just another pizza: not worth the wait or money. My pizza was about 25% Margherita and the rest was just cheese.The least appetizing part was the tough exterior and soft and swampy middle. I usually eat an entire wood fired pizza like this in one setting, and I threw this one away after each slice kept disappointing me. After reading the stark contrast of 1 star reviews, I’d say there is quality control needed.

Chose this spot for vera pizza which is the designation given to restaurants that follow strict guidelines. We enjoyed sharing 2 different pies (Calabrian and Pujlian). The trailer was parked next to a winery so we enjoyed a glass of wine with our meal. The salads were also very good. The winery provided seating in a tent with heaters which was much appreciated since it was cold and rainy.

Pizzeria DOP catered our wedding reception this summer and we cannot recommend them enough! They were really lovely to work with and so helpful leading up to the wedding. Day-of, they were very flexible and dealt with a trickier-than-expected parking situation without putting any stress on our plates. The food was so amazing and we had multiple guests rave about the pizza. Overall, a really wonderful experience!

I’ve had every decent pizza in the area and this place is #3..the price is the problem. It’s way overpriced. They wish they were hey neighbor. And the service is extremely slow. If you want a better cheaper option, go to hey neighbor.
